Terrible Company
This company is awful. Washing machines which are Speed Queen are terrible! They are always breaking down! The dryers too! Takes them forever to fix and they do not always fix them correctly! Very disappointed!

What a horrible business. They don't even take care of problems when you call them. Maintenance? Nope. They don't even come to clean the water filters when the units start to smell like crap, making the clothes smell like crap too. And forget about being reimbursed if the units die on you. Avoid these crooks!
This company operates coin-operated washers and dryers in apartment complexes. The machines have always accepted quarters until one week ago. Multiple tenants have called and complained that they can put money in but the machines won’t start and they can’t get their money back. These machine’s also have an app feature you can download to your smartphone to pay for the machines. However, the majority of tenants at Ridgewood Condominiums are elderly and don’t have smartphones. This company has stated they want everyone using the app and will not come fix the machines. This has resulted in the elderly now having to lug their laundry to a laundromat.
This is discrimination unfair business practices and needs to be addressed immediately.
