Great service, great product, no complaints. An amazingly designed rat killing machine that resets to kill again.

We decided to purchase the A24 because it doesn't use poison and we don't need to reset the trap. It has been very effective and hassle free.

LOVE the A24 trap. It works as advertised. I've thrown out all my other rodent traps. This is the best trap I've ever had (and believe me, I've tried every modality). It is expensive, but worth every penny because you'll never need another trap.

Thank God for this !! I have tried everything to get this 4 legged filth monster out of my home cannot use poison because I have chihuahuas (soposed to be mousers) They could not catch it either.need to fix a small entry point under deck but can’t until weather improves . KABOOM THIS WORKS .Love whoever invented this gem!!!

In my 61 years on this earth I’ve only ever purchased 3 products that performed as advertised.....the A24 is one of them.
This is a magic device that is so simple to use.
I would and have recommended this product to others.

Best game in town for safe nontoxic rodent abatement

I've tried a lot of traps on the market. Some I avoid simply because I know they won't work (things stabbing into the ground, noose types). But these traps work way better than the leading Macabee traps. And I believe that is so because of the wire structure of the trap that allows the gopher to see past the trap. The Macabee has a solid plate that I believe the gopher sees and figures out it's not supposed to be there. With the gophinator trap they seem to think then can get through it and therefor try it. Best trap I have ever used period!

The Automatic Trap A 24 is a superbly crafted and a well-manufactured product. Precision molding with precision fittings makes assembly and installation easy and fast. The maintenance-free feature with humane removal of mice and rats are strong features of this excellent product. The clear, easy to understand instructions along with videos make this a perfect investment for control of household pests. I recommend this product wholeheartedly.

I purchase an A24 automatic rat trap about a month ago. It took me a little while to figure out how to properly use the lure...but once I did, the A24 killing machine worked like a champ. I recently moved to Tennessee and I have had a rat tormenting me in my basement for the past few months. Everytime I go down there I see him, but he has managed to elude every trap I have set. I mounted the A24 to a ramp fashioned from a 2×4...I applied small dollops of the chocolate lure in several places along the baseboards, as well as small dabs on the ramp near the opening of the trap. Yesterday, I went down to check the trap and found my furry nemesis dead along side of the ramp. I was filled with joy and glee that I finally got that rascally varmint. The A24 worked after all other conventional traps failed. I am a happy customer!

Excellent well made product. This was the answer to my mouse problem. I love that it is auto resetting so I dont miss out on catching more mice if I dont check trap timely. Kit came with everything i needed to be successful (tips for success guide). I look forward to years of mouse free home and barn. Plan to add units over time to have greater success and add the 6 mo lure and the pre bait pouch.

They have over-the-top customer service. I even had a response to an email on a Sunday. It is so great to see Automatic Traip take customers and their needs seriously.
They have a great customer service line via the phone or email. And you talk to the same person so you don’t have to “re-tell” your story.
Shipping is super fast. I could not ask fo a better customer service experience.
Also the A-24 Trap is such a great product. It is the most sane way to rid yourself of squirrels. I don’t have a mice or rat problem but if I did I sure they would be eradicated.
And lastly their website is so easy to find the item for which you are looking. Very organized with how-to videos.

For the past four years we at the Kauai Forest Bird Recovery Project have been using A24 traps to protect critically endangered Hawaiian birds in the remote Alaka’i Swamp. We currently have more than 400 traps in active use protecting more than a square mile of critical habitat. Sad fact is that the number of traps is nearly the same as the total population of the endemic Small Kauai Thrush, a bird that suffers sever threats by non-native rats at their nests. The remote habitats where these birds still remain are nearly impossible to access, and is mostly done with expensive helicopter flights. Without the labor-savings from the self-resetting traps that only need to be checked two or three times a year, we would never be able to protect the birds as well as we do. We also put them to the test, leaving them for years in one of the wettest forests on the planet.
