I have used your trap on many different jobs. And I have become an expert in the uses. My advice to others just trying this out is remember this is a new tool. An it is up to you to make it work.

I have been using these traps for years. They are the best Rat Traps on the Market. Really saves time and money over the long run. Shipping was very fast.

I was extremely disappointed with this. Rats were not attracted to the bait. Huge waste of money. I would never buy from this company again.

I had two areas that needed help. One was in my garage. Within 36 hours the trap had killed 5 mice that had been crawling up inside my car engine compartment and chewing wires.

The other area was out by my patio. In 24 hours (the same night) 3 small rats were killed and just piled up on top of each other.

Since then (over 3 month period), there had been no other incidences of rodents until last weekend. An additional mouse in garage and a small mouse by the patio.

I love this trap.

It's a great product that works as advertised. The first night I set up the trap i found a rat before I went to bed. Worth the money.

The trap was installed, per instructions, baited, and had zero results after 30 days. I returned the item and the company promptly refunded my money. Disappointed that the trap didn't work, but happy the company stood by their guarantee.

This trap works good, just make sure to follow the directions and make sure their are no other food sources in area placing the trap. I believe my trap has about 18 confirmed kills👍 In a one year period.

Love the quality and design. I have not found a bait that is highly effective. Most of my other traps get more kills but are a lot messier. Hoping to find a bait that works for my area.

Works amazing. Little pricey but I guess time will tell.

It's great because you can set it and forget it. It resets after each time it fires, safe for the pets and best of all it's humane.

if I could give a 0 star I would this is a very expensive trap and to kill one rat I spend over $200.00 I can see the rats every night out on my yard that was the reason I order the trap. they don't even like goin near the trap I have moved the trap to many different places no lack I called customer service and they told me that if the rats have other sources of food the trap would not work that is something they should disclose on their website I own many orange and avocado trees witch attract the rats so to me this trap is a waste of money.so I do not recommend save your money

I have these traps in both an urban and a rural setting. They work great in both settings. Easy to follow instructions. I can highly recommend.

Seriously, there's nothing to complain about when a product works as advertised and provides an effective solution to a problem. I'm going to do what one of the other reviewers did and move the trap location to ensure I'm getting all the "tenants". Thanks!

Unit does just what it promises, kills rats.

Happened to be beside the trap at night and seen a mouse running around past your trap and didnt even care about the food. But did get 2 big rats but the mouse didn't seem to get them
