I was very happy to find a Canadian supplier of auto parts. Many United States business don't ship to Canada or they turn shipping over to a customs broker who charges an obscene fee. Ordering from Autopartsway.ca was straightforward; simple order form, prompt shipping, reasonable shipping fee; package arrived in perfect shape.
I was just a bit unhappy with the particular item I bought. That was my fault; i chose the cheapest option. I needed an inexpensive headlight assembly for an 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The part didn't fit snugly inside the original housing. I had to insert flexible foam shims around the headlights to keep them from jiggling and shaking. Next time I need an auto part I would check out Autopartsway.ca again.

Excellent deals offered at this online vendor. Autopartsway.ca has good packaged deals, great pricing, excellent quality parts and free shipping! I will be buying my parts here instead of Rockauto, where I still pay GST on my purchase. The costs of delivery from Rockauto's warehouses are too expensive. Customs fees are pretty high. Buy local and save on returns if necessary.

Website is very easy to use. The parts come up quickly and are easy to filter. Order arrived quickly, quicker than expected with free shipping. Great experience overall.

Good Service, Good price.

I don;t even have the time to write it all. They sent me a bad part. A very pricey bad part. Instead of a refund, they issued me gift certificates that "expired" and now they have to contact the "billing department". It's now been 10 days with no follow-up. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

My product was shipped on time but was not the right product and it had to be returned at my cost and insurance cost. The refund took more then a week after it was returned and I had to contact them for which an apology was given. This experience cost me $81.82 for return & restocking .

all parts arrived on time, rotors and pads fit excellent. I recommend using the original pad clips as the new supplied ones didnt fit very well on the calipers.

Autopartsway wasn't able to ship me the parts I ordered, which is fine but then they reimbursed me for parts only -- not the shipping. I don't understand why when they couldn't deliver on their promise they want me to be left holding the bag! Disgraceful customer service when I contacted them about this: total bullies.

Accurate order. Prices are good. Found what I needed or equivalent to. Shipping was quick (and free). Items arrived in good shape.

Unfortunately, I received the incorrect part, but I was refunded promptly and ordered a replacement

I have been a big fan of Zimmerman brake products. The service life is awesome and the bonus of no unsightly rust showing through the rims. Autopartsway is easy to use and competitive.
