Bought 8th July because of their "Production year 2026 guaranteed", but whilst the order confirmation email said delivery on 20th July; the tracking numbers didn't work on either DPD.de or DPD.co.uk.
More seriously the tyres were dated 12/24 and so were 122 weeks or two YEARS four months old. So if you bin your tyres at 6 years that's 1/3 their value lost.
Sadly no one answered the phone.
No one has replied to my web messages from Sunday.
Let's see if I get replacement tyres or my money back, but judging by the 45% 1* feedback I'm not holding out much hope and suggest anyone else looks elsewhere.

Just a awful company. They lied about delivery times and their systems to track where shipment is (vs DPD their delivery company) tells you different information. And delivery points bounce all over the place. Chat AI bot and Chat people, from wherever they are, are also unhelpful. Avoid at your peril. We asked for a refund and I'll see how that goes. How they are in business who knows

Terrible company - do not use.
Ordered 4 silver wheel rims costing £530. 4 black rims were delivered.
Their telephone number answers and hangs up most times without answering (5 times). Managed to connect to an automated service that stated I was 'currently positioned No 1 in the queue'. 15 minutes later without any answer I gave up.
Should have looked at the reviews first - they are bad.

Was checking when the order will be arrived after receiving an email of order delay for 3 days.
No response on the web chat when I track the order to get and exact date
Called them, and said the item is unavailable.

Was waiting to repair my car for commuting. Such a waste of time. Do not buy from them

1st December 2024 - Placed an order (RD 53988439) for 4 wheels so I could fit snow tires and drive to France after Christmas - assumed a month to deliver something from a "UK" website was never in doubt...

16th December - Used the autopink website to generate emails telling me the parcel was delivered on 5th December

19th December - Waited an hour in call with customer services who told me the package was in France and would be delivered next week

23rd December - Waited an hour in call with customer services, but got cut off after an hour wait

8th January - still no sign on wheels - drove to France after Christmas and had to pay to change my tires over to existing wheels

Now 6 weeks and nothing from a company that is labelling itself as "UK" - beware and do not order anything from this scam company

So Ordered some steel wheels which were showing in stock, received 2 confirmation emails the same day, one of which stated delivery within 12 days.
19 days later no more contact no nothing!
A simple your order is delayed or apologise your item wasn't in stock but will be by....
Unprofessional.
Update 11th December..
Opened a case through PayPal after 2 phone calls, 1 of which I was holding for nearly 2 hours and then I was cut off.
I've purchased a few full sets of tyres through mytyres which looks to be the same company and never had an issue!

The only thing you can say is A+. From Ordering to delivery Was as easy as making a cuppa, A Massive Thanks Guys

Well, disappointed I can’t even leave zero stars. I advise you completely avoid this company at all costs. Tyres are not in stock and get shipped from Germany then sit in customs for weeks. Ordered on 4th December and still not delivered. Called today to find out when to expect delivery to be told it might be another week. Terrible service.

Tyres say delivery 1-3 days. Turns out they are coming from Germany and will take a month! I cancelled the order . Two days later they dispatched them anyway. Once dispatched they won't refund until they are delivered and you have organised delivery back to Germany and they have received them. Foreign calls centres...useless.

Autopink has all the appearance of a UK company with a .co.uk website and UK postal address. But you are ordering from Germany, which was probably fine before Brexit happened. These days the company has lost control over its delivery times and your tyres will be held up in customs for as long as it takes to get through whatever backlog is there and whatever paper work is taken care of.
I ordered winter tyres on 3rd December and as of 19th December I'm being told another week or so before they clear customs. So I won't have winter tyres on the car during the Christmas break when I wanted them as the rural location we go to is impossible to drive in if it snows without them.
The price is good, so if you can wait a month for delivery, I guess this company is still OK to use. Otherwise look for an alternative actually inside the UK.

It’s been 3 weeks since the order and I still haven’t received the tires and I don’t think it will happen soon as the parcel is stuck at uk border customs. Turns out everything is sent from germany and it definitely won’t come in “5-8 working days” as they advertise. Completely useless customer service.

The lowest price for the tyres i was looking for.

Delivery only 1 day late, that's fine by me. Best price I could find. Delivered within the pdp alloted hour window. Tyres date of manufacture just 3 months old.

Order was cancelled but they sent the tyres anyway, had to wait for them to be collected to get a refund which was 3 weeks ago and still haven’t had the money. Every time I ring they say the refund hasn’t been requested and it’ll take 3 days to show in the account. I have now been told this 3 times, I have no choice now but to take up a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. Do not buy from these people the customer service is shocking and god for bid you do have a problem because more than likely it won’t be resolved.

This company has a UK address, but the tyres are shipped from Germany as reported by others. Therefore the delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Your order is likely to be held up in Customs, as mine is. Most people want tyres quickly (especially 1 tyre to replace a damaged one).
They give you a DPD tracking number to keep you happy and say the goods have been dispatched. The reality is DPD UK can't give any info until the goods have entered the country and have cleared customs and they have the parcel in their hands.
There is a customer service number for Autopink Shop UK, but the advisers there make no apologies and just tell you what you already know (i.e. you have to wait for however long it takes)
Made a big mistake by not reading the Trustpilot reviews, (which I normally do). Big regret.

All good, no problems at, all fair price, delivery time a bit more than a week which is fine for me. Major trusted delivery company so no probs there. Will definitely use again. Recommended.

My tyre order RD 47142711 has been stuck at customs. Even if I have contacted the company so many times. They cant give any information about when it will clear from customs. They won't even call Dpd and get confirmation from them. Terrible service.
