Received my order and the device does not work. I've been trying to get a replacement or refund but have received no replies

This company has non existent customer service. During checkout my phone autofilled the wrong address, my fault. i didnt notice this until i saw the tracking said not delivered due to insufficient address, so the package was returned to them. i emailed them, since for some reason they dont have a phone number, and they saod i have to get with USPS myself and have the package rerouted, i had already tried that, i cant have it rerouted since im not the shipper. i told them if they can send it back to me once they get it back and ill repay shipping or if they can have it rerouted and i will pay that cost....... since then they have ghosted me. its funny how on their website they state 24/7 customer support, thats a lie. if they cant help with this small of an issue there is no way they will handle big issues........ all buyers beware.

This company is a total scam took almost a month to receive my product then didn’t work. Attempted to return it they tried some that you have purchase an extra warranty to be able to return it. The first sentence in return policy states 30 day window to return once you receive the product. I called them out on that BS and it’s been crickets from them ever sense. Total scam

Ordered the product months ago. Did not arrive. It’s a scam. No way to get hold of anyone. They will rob you do not buy.

No way as advertised. No way it's a plug and play. Mine didn't even come with directions. I've only had the Netflix screen pop up once and still wouldn't play. Don't waste your money

Ok well I've held off long enough! I really wanted to try out my Driveplex Mini then reply to this email, but it's been nearly a month since I ordered this device, and after many attempts to figure out where it is, where it was I've gotten one email with a USPS tracking number which has been useless since it's arrives and departs from JAMAICA, NY every other day. I've sent in screenshots. I've asked for information about the order. I've asked for a replacement or a refund. I hear nothing from anyone with this company!! I am very displeased!! This is ridiculous!! I feel like this was the biggest mistake of my life!! I never should've given into the ads that make this seem like it's an American product made and shipped in the U.S.A.!!! I don't know what else to say or do except keep writing, explaining and expressing my anger and distrust in this whole process!!

Don't worry this review will also be posted in as many places as I can find so others aren't ripped off, stolen from, or given into the temptation.

20 days and counting to receive my order… Nowhere on their website does it state this product would be shipped from China… Inferior customer service, and even worse tracking… I tracked the order number they gave me and it says not found… Pathetic company, stay far away…

Trust your gut. Pass on this order from Amazon they’re all kids of better one!! Made in USA. This is not!!! Takes more than 30 days to receive this!!! However they Promised fast delivery NOT!!!!

After seeing a lot of adverts for these devices that turn your CarPlay wireless and can offer Netflix and YouTube etc, I decided to give these products a go. The Drive Plex pro from Autoplexion and a lot of other of these products are all fake and just don’t work. Even the support email
Is just a gmail email address. I should have known better. A lot of these are coming from China. Do your research people.
