Deliberately Ignored
I contacted Auto protect about a GAP policy which they claimed was inactive and that I needed to speak to my original car dealership. The car dealership confirmed they were in touch with Auto Protect but after all documentation that was requested was provided on 2nd July they have been ignored.
Avoid this unethical organisation for your policies

A rare tyre at a weekend 🥺
I have a specific tyre that is not available at any local dealers to the hotel that I am staying at. There is no weekend help on the system . The app sent 13 security codes over an hour before it accepted one for me to submit the photos . I have no choice but have the vehicle recovered to a JLR service centre as even they don’t have a tyre and need to order one . The car is going to Glenrands at Cosham Portsmouth, and I hope that Auto Protect and Glenrands can tie up to find a Pirelli P Zero 255/40/R22 as no one around Brooklands has one and Kwik Fit just said What, no way !!!
