Overall it’s a good experience. The app is pretty clunky and it’s annoying it won’t cap you at 4 reports when that’s what the limit is (I found out after I reported 8 scratches and then the submission was voided because apparently the policy is a maximum of 4).

In the dealership there was no need to sell this cover. I gave used this on each vehicle purchase and although unfortunate to have to claim, the process is easy and the quality of work excellent.

Rejected a claim for 25mm scratch on vertical tailgate panel because it wasn't classed as a chip. Clearly very slippery T&C for 'Smart' policy which is pushed hard by dealerships.
