They will keep your deposit

They will keep your deposit. I rented a Mercedes Benz V Class from them last summer 2019 and despite spending over £9000 on rent and insurance for about 6 months they kept my deposit due to a damaged parking sensor and wing mirror. I realise these are expensive but after £9k and fully comp insurance through them I think they should’ve returned my deposit. Also I never received an invoice for the damage and the kept deposit. They are expensive, unprofessional and will keep your deposit. Stay away.
