"Creating Lifetime Customers One at a Time"

Thank You Saul’s Autotek !!

This company is so far above the words “customer service” it is amazing. The guys and gals on this team will stop at nothing to create a lifetime customer from each person that comes through the door. What auto repair shop do you know that is open 7 days a week ??

I gave them a real challenge. A 2005 KIA Spectra with 273,000 miles on the odometer. Now granted, the original owner took care of this car like it was his own child, so it was in great shape going in……but the original clutch having now completed 273,000 miles was stretched to the last mile. I was surprised they even took the job. I also asked for some other preventative maintenance. This was to be a very pricey repair and I knew that. Most everyone I spoke to before arriving at Saul’s tried to convince me to buy a new car….this repair was going to cost half of what a relatively new used compact would cost.

I bought this little girl for $500 from the original owner who had complete and detailed records of the maintenance over its 12 years. I have been driving it since 2017 with only oil changes and an alternator replacement. Great gas mileage. Starts every time, even in -15° mountain weather. Not once has she left me sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. All she needed was a clutch.

Easier said then Done !! The little girl did not like having a brand new drive train. She had been cruising in a groove for over 16 years and all of a sudden the clutch is brand new. This sent the team at Saul’s down a rabbit hole that none of us expected. It took a while to identify all the new sounds and vibrations. But with lots of trial and error, and persistence and patience……they found every source of every new symptom and returned the car to me running smooth as silk……like it must have been when it was a new.

They must have spent twice as much labor time as in the original estimate. Yet the final cost was only slightly above the original estimate due to unforeseen parts.

I don’t know everyone there…but Dan and Bob and Letitia treated me like family and I have never been so thoroughly pleased with a car repair as I was with this one.

If you live in Denver and you own a car……you have to know about this place……please call them first thing if you have a car issue……you will become a lifetime customer.
