Avoid Auto Seat Zone!!! I paid $524 for my order on 11/13/2025, and provided photos and video of my car seats, as requested by Eric. My car is a 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser. The two front seats have video screens at the back. These are wired and solid. First, the seat covers I received have no openings at the back to accommodate the video screens. Second, the seat covers are designed for cars with seat belts inside the seats, while the seat belts for my car are outside the seats. The video and photos I provided to Eric at the time of purchase clearly show the position of the video screens and the seat belts. When I reported the issue, Eric requested and received photos of the seat covers his production team shipped to me. The photos clearly show there are no openings at the back for the video screens. I also provided Eric with the name and contact details of an auto garage shop that identified the issues and concluded that the seat covers could not fit my car. After close to 3 weeks of back-and-forth emails describing the issue and providing photos, Eric sent me the email below yesterday: "Our team has reviewed your concern and would like to inform you that the seat cover includes an opening designed to allow it to be slipped under the display screen. Additionally, they have kindly requested that you send us a photo showing the seatbelt location so we can better assist you." It is clear to me that Auto Seat Zone will do everything to frustrate you and keep your money if they get your order wrong. They will not accept responsibility, will not fix it, and will waste your time with back-and-forth emails. Please stay away!!

I was sent a wrong fit. My car does not have a split back seat and I was sent one. I have sent pictures of my car. I’m disappointed. It’s a little bit complicated to install like removing the front headrest to slide the cover.

Auto Seat Zone made the Process Easy!!
Auto Seat Zone made the designing and buying process easy. The product that we received was top notch and very well built. Instructions could be a bit more complete with tips and tricks included. If I wasn't handy and had experience with interiors, it may have been a daunting task. It did take the full 6weeks to actually receive my set, but I also purchased around the holidays which I am sure is a busy season. They really need to offer a sample set of their threads and swatches as I am sure that has scared away potential customers. Add a couple dollars to each set to offset the free samples.

No customer service after the sale
No customer service after the sale. What I ordered came in orange as opposed to red . We have all experienced color variations in appearance based on the device you are using to shop. So almost $500 spent on something I won’t install and they have completely ignored the emails I have sent asking for some sort of resolution. Possibly a discount on another set of covers in the color I want and thought I was ordering. Crickets.
