Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Color chart is misrepresented. Customer service responds by saying the customer is wrong. The seat covers don’t fit in spite of being “custom” for my car.

BUYER BEWARE, You won't get your order!
This is not a US based company. I placed my order on March 27th and it is now May 29th. I have not received my order even though they state orders are usually ready in 5-7 weeks. It is almost impossible to reach customer service and when you finally can, it is always the same person. Richard is not very helpful and it is only after over 30 emails and numerous attempts to call for my order status that I was told that my order was on backlog and they couldn't tell me when it would be ready. When I asked why this was never communicated to me in the over 8 weeks that they've had my order, he didn't have an answer. I asked for a refund and Richard told me there would be a $100 cancellation fee. When I said that they need to refund the entire amount because the reason I was canceling was because they haven't sent me my order, he told me to send an email requesting the cancellation. I sent the email 3 days ago and have yet to hear back.

Best Affordable Seat Covers Out There!
The seat covers are truly a custom fit and look MUCH more expensive than what they really cost. They were very easy to install, compared to my previous set from a different manufacturer. These were a gift for my husband for his new Jeep. I'm planning to order myself a set for mine! Plan ahead because these ARE made to order and appear to ship from the UK, so it takes a while to receive the order. Very responsive service, with updates on the order and with asking for and acknowledging the recept of information and vehicle photos.

Yes i just love the seat covers. They are so professionally made. Im totally surprised by the quality. Folks it took 3 months to get the order. I thought i made a huge mistake and had been taken. But let me tell you it was worth the wait. Don't worry just give them the info that they need and be patient. When you get the covers you will love them-- I promise!!!

I am very pleased with the quality and fit of the seat covers in general, the cut outs for rear seat latches don't line up like they should. From time of order until delivery was 11 weeks, not the 4-6 weeks stated on the WEB site so that was longer than I was hoping for
