It's a car sale site full of conmen

It's a car sale site full of conmen. You get very good deals, call the guy who claims to be very far and is having an emergency, this time I was told he has a son in hospital and he needs surgery that's why he's selling. Then he claims not to have enough cash so he requests you send him some money to add what he has for fuel to help him travel to Nairobi near you so that you can see the car. Make the mistake of sending the money and that's then stories begin, then you are blocked
