My experience is that after 3 months I have still not have received my products, I have asked several times for a refund, I have contacted them so many times, NO ANSWER!!
Worst service ever. Nobody answered my messages, calls and emails about the delivery schedule. I ended up buying new solar panels and canceling my order. 4DAYS LATER I got an answer from the customer service saying that the panels have been sent to me alrrady (never got any notification from that). Irreliable company, will never use them again...

Hi! I'm so sorry about your bad experience. I don't know why you haven't got answer in time. Normally we answer all emails in one day or at least 1-3 days. Our phone service is available between 8-16. So sorry again! I will contact our customer service about this.
