I ordered car parts from Euro Impex Auto, UAB (it is a partner because the purchase confirmation was sent by autoteile-markt). I have not received the parts. I sent emails to the seller and to the autoteile-markt address "contact email address", I had no response.
Thanks to the Paypal dispute resolution service, I got my money back.
I don't understand what the role of Autoteile-Markt.de is!

I couldent find my car parts anywhere to an affordable price, this site connected me to a lot of companies and i found my items at half the price !!! Would definately use Autoteile-markt again.

- 10 days after the order, "Autoteile-Markt.de" shared information that they are not the seller and haven't any effect on the issue, and suggested me get in contact with the seller directly.
- 17 days after the order, the seller send my money back.
- (IMPORTANT): and now, "Geschäftsführer" of the "Autoteile-Markt.de" requests me to delete my negative feedback here, otherwise I was threatened with a lawyer.
- Dear "Autoteile-Markt.de", what kind of business you are doing. How dare you can judge my feedback here? you can go wherever you want.

- First, the seller is not "Conqcar", it is "Amrio.de". Please be more careful.
- Second, As a marketplace, you should make more efforts to ensure that the sellers are reachable and act with care. If you provide customer satisfaction, you can have the comments corrected, not by saying that we are not responsible or by dictating that remove the comment.
- Third, do you also request a correction from buyers when you get positive-5 star comments about the same issues?
