Absolutely brilliant customer service
I recently bought a car with a Ghost 2 already fitted. Staff at AutoWatch were brilliant in helping me to register the device with me as the new owner. I also purchased a Ghost Fob which I struggled to pair with my car. Thanks to Nathalie I was putting touch with Tom, whom I can only describe as a technical wizard. He provided a wealth of information and guidance which led me to pairing the device within minutes of receiving Toms advice. I am absolutely over the moon with the service provided by Tom and I would highly recommend AutoWatch and indeed Tom to anyone. Absolutely brilliant and thank you so much.
Great Technician
I called Autowatch this afternoon as I was having issues with my immobiliser since I broke my mobile phone (which was being used as my disarm key).
My immobiliser was only working intermittently unless I was using the old broken phone and my new phone was not pairing.
I was given the number of a technician (Tom) who would hopefully take me through correcting my issues.
Tom was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fortunately… patient.
Without being too boring and going into detail… there were multiple issues and we were on the phone for an hour.
By the end of the call we had reset my disarm code, updated the systems Bluetooth, reset the Bluetooth (so as to remove any issues) and paired my new phone.
I was a positive experience from start to finish and Tom was great.
It is always reassuring when someone really knows their job and is able to put that across in an easy to follow way.

These guys are absolute life savers. I purchased a new car which had Ghost-II fitted and whilst changing the disarming sequence managed to get myself into a bit of a mess which resulted in the car being bricked.
I reached out to Autowatch for technical support and they were absolutely brilliant. Karen Lindsay was so helpful and got me in touch with their technician who talked me through the issues and within 5 minutes of speaking on the phone had my car up and running. Absolutely recommend Auto watch and more so Tom, he went above and beyond and came out the next day to help me with my ghost immobiliser when I thought my car was done for when it wouldn’t start, he reset and found the problem which luckily wasn’t anything to do with the ghost itself it was my break sensor! We are most grateful to Tom following an extraordinary feat of engineering professionalism in resolving our Ghost immobiliser issue today. My wife and I were simply in awe of Tom‘s tenacity and technical skill in meticulously examining the car, finding the immobiliser, and reconstructing the Mecano set! We are now very much more reassured about the technology and how to manage the immobiliser from this point onwards.

Fantastic Customer Service From Autowatch
After buying my car with Ghost2 already fitted i had issues trying to change the code and other little issues so I contacted Autowatch and they put me in touch with there Technician Tom and he then contacted me via a video link and helped me through the issues I had and also spoke me through how the Ghost 2 system works so I understood the system better.
Tom's knowledge and his attitude towards me was absolutely fantastic and I can't thank him enough.
The full team at Autowatch gave an excellent service and especially Tom who i feel went over and above to make sure everything was right before we ended our call

Above and beyond and so unexpected
My campervan is up for sale so I needed to replace the broken fob membrane. A lot of places would only supply the fob and were copies of, not an original Autowatch item. Other quotes for the membrane only were £30+. I contacted Autowatch directly and a very nice lady called Patricia asked me a couple of questions about which fob I had. I sent her a pic of the problem and I got an email saying she would put one in the post for me. A day later and the membrane turned up. Brilliant service really nice to find people in this day and age who just give a service above and beyond what they need to do. So thank you Patricia and well done Autowatch for employing such a lovely lady.

Had some problems with my RRS not starting over a few months (sporadic). Started by contacting Autowatch and spoke to their technician; Tom.
Tom and I spoke on many occasions as we looked to diagnose the issue. I can honestly say that he continually went above & beyond to help me and my Tech at my local garage. Autowatch solved our Fiat Ducato warning light problem
A Fiat approved garage investigating numerous warning lights appearing on our 6month old Fiat Ducato campervan (which eventually went into limp mode) told us they were caused by the Ghost Immobiliser which they said had to be removed. Tom at Autowatch didn’t think this was the case but got Brad (from Perth) to us within the hour. Brad checked our GI (fitted correctly and working perfectly) and in the process found a loose wiring loom connection that was causing all the warning lights - so nothing to do with the GI. Both Tom and Brad were hugely knowledgable and supportive and didn’t charge us for their time (unlike the garage which failed to find the fault in 5 hours of work).
Our Ghost Immobiliser has been easy to use and given us peace of mind in the security of our van.
Can’t recommend Autowatch highly enough for their product and follow up service.
