I love the shirt offerings. Prices are reasonable. Only problem was the 50% coupon didn't take.

The whole process was easy and quick.

First time on autumnook so had few glitches navigating the process. Overall was ok

Probably the worst product I have ever bought in my entire life. I had to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive, I had to assemble it myself, arrived with broken parts, there were no instructions and the figures didn't fit the space that was there to glue them to. The actual product is much smaller than advertised and is just a complete waste of money.

I ordered three items totaling $63.15 and provided my credit card details. This amount has already been authorized by my bank, yet you tell me I haven't completed payment.

Secondly, there is a second charge to my card for $11.15 which I did not authorize. I have already contacted my bank had had this charge blocked. Now I have the inconvenience of having my card cancelled and a new one issued.

Terrible experience. Almost a hoax. The items received were made of poor quality synthetic material rather than the promised cotton and or linen. The prints were of a poor quality and in some cases stains of paint were on the rest of the fabric.
Contacted the customer care I was proposed a full refund but I had to spend more money to ship to return the goods or I could keep them (items I’ll never wear) for a partial refund.
Don’t buy, don’t trust the advertising.

Trust the 1 star reviews. You will not be impressed by the quality of product you receive. The products list as "Cotton and linen blended" but are not, more like polyester or some other plastic. The printing looks impressive on the website, because they use photoshop templates, but the printing on the actual item is terrible. It just looks like over compressed jpg files. Blurry and gross. Buyer beware!

The shirts I ordered are very unique and beautiful. However, the sizes (L, XL, etc) indicated in your webpage are smaller than the sizes of shirts in the US with the same size designation.

I have become a very definite fan of this company's merchandise. I will caution western buyers to up-size what they normally buy due to body shape differences. For instance I am normally a large size in the US but have had to order XL2 from this company in order to get a nice relaxed fit, especially in the shoulders and chest. Shipping takes a little time under normal delivery option but if you plan a ahead a few weeks it is fine. Products arrive without any issues so far and I am now on my second batch of shirts. The artwork of the designs is beautiful and the material fantastic. My local Korean dry cleaning shop does not launder these shirts, they dry clean them so a bit more costly. Overall I am very happy to have found this company and should be all set for this summer with all the shirts.

Ordered at the beginning of May have sent 3 emails to try and fine out where my stuff is...no reply and as yet no goods. Will never use this site again.

Items are not the same as photographs on website. Items are cheap, polyester, poorly printed clothes - they are not linen or cotton. DO NOT BUY from this site.

Only reason for four stars is I've only rec'd one shirt ( but ordered another). Great style faithful to Japanese art, at a great price. I ordered one size larger than usual and it fit just fine. I'd like 5 more!

The product is a disgrace! It has nothing to do with the description or the picture. Incredible worse, its only synthetic, bad and cheap print.

This is an absolute scam and any reviews on here more than 1 star are fake.

Like many other customers here I saw the ads on instagram and didn’t do my homework before ordering. They advertise nice looking clothing with good materials but what they send you is cheap Chinese crap, poor materials, horribly made, with cheap printing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered two shirts that were "linen blends." They're practically plastic. I requested a return within their 7 day policy window. They've been jerking me around for a couple of weeks now. First they offered a 5% refund and I could keep the shirts. Next, 10%. Then it was $15. (The shirts were $22.99 each.) Now, I've been told I can accept a 50% refund and keep the shirts, or send them back to China myself. No return address has been provided. I'm currently looking for their business address. The return address on the package was someone named "Ian" located in York, NY. Beware of this company. Dishonest business practices.
