If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve reached out to the seller directly and via Shopify. Shopify provides no assistance. It’s been almost 3 months and the product hasn’t arrived. Stay away from this company. It’s a scam.
Beware shoppers!! I haven’t even received the products and they are already being shady. I decided to try Auures face cream after going back and forth. Boy, do I regret it. It mentioned buy one get one free which sound like a deal. After my purchase, I received two emails. One about my purchase which is normal but the other one mentioned managing your subscription. I was so confused so I clicked on the link. It says I will receive this product which I didn’t sign up for. The cherry on top was seeing I can’t cancel before completing two more purchases. I reached out to the customer service email (by the way no customer service phone number). I sent multiple emails at this point and no response on their behalf. It says online 24 hours response but it’s been a couple days and many emails later. Nothing! I’m so upset with this whole experience.
I feel like I was catfished!. The tubes I received were nothing like what was on the Aurlux website. Nor did I receive everything noted in the description. There was no wand, or no other accessories.
When I tried the product, I was so ashamed that I had be scammed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
