After 9 months 1 bulb failed. Still under warranty. AUXBEAM has mailed a replacement set. Great experience.

I had a set of Q40s in my car since last December and they've been great - recently though, individual LEDs on the chip started flickering. I messaged the support email address and within a day, we confirmed my address, and a replacement set was shipped!

This was my first purchase from Auxbeam and it was a switch panel. After installing my switch it stopped working correctly. I took a quick video, reached out to customer service and they replaced my switch. There was no arguing or any back and forth discussions like you would expect from other vendors. I received the warranty replacement unit within the week. This will make me a lifetime Auxbeam customer for sure. I am telling everyone I know.

This is the second set I purchase from Auxbeam. The product is excellent but the 5 star is because of the customer service I received due to an issue with carrier/delivery. The customer service team was prompt and proactive. Can't think of a better previous experience with customer service. Highly recommend the product and the people behind the product.

Got a defective led one size fit the other one was two big didn’t offer to send me another offer to give it as a gift and gave me back 25 when I paid 50 for them won’t ever spend money with them again went with another company with the leds and I spend with them I’m not a YouTuber who got them for free to review I paid

Outstanding Performance. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had resolving an issue with an order. I received a set of headlights and after the install, one LED only worked maybe three times and never came back on. I notified customer service via email and they ask for a few photos of the headlights and a few hours later I received a tracking number with the new set on the way. I wish more companies were this easy to work with. Outstanding!

This is the best company I have found to get quality lighting products from. Every vehicle I have purchased that didn’t have LED lighting has had Auxbeam lights put in them.
I had 1 module go bad out of all the supplies for all the vehicles I have bought and they took great care of me replacing it, I had dealt with Dorthy in customer service via email and always got a quick response.
Don’t be afraid to purchase from Auxbeam, they are a very reliable supplier to deal with.

I use these on all my cars and motorcycles, BMW X5, Subaru Impreza, Zero , Yamaha. These are a great deal , and the bulbs are high quality. The warranty is great
One bulb went out after 8 month and they sent replacement the next day.

These guys are absolutely awesome to work with, I have different headlight housing and ordered the wrong bulbs and were quick to respond when I asked if I could exchange them and worked with me on getting new headlights, 11/10 would 100% recommend these headlights, they’re insanely bright and the customer service is awesome.

Customer service was very helpful. Fulfilled warranty claim no problem a year later and sent new bulbs. Very good service, highly recommend and bulbs light up really well.

I had a unique situation regarding bulbs that I had purchased for my patrol unit. I was in contact with an AuxBeam representative, who advised me of a few steps that I needed to take before they would warranty my non functional bulb. Unfortunately, our fleet maintenance performed an inspection on my vehicle before I could act on their instructions. Our shop removed both and installed the usual crappy halogen bulbs. I explained this to the representative who was very understanding. They instead, bypassed their typical “return /warranty” and notified me that new ones were in the mail. They arrived in a few days of our correspondence.
I cannot thank them enough.
PS: I also run AuxBeam in my personal vehicle and they are awesome.
