Greatest and favorite shop
This has been my second time ordering at Ava Be and I Loved every single item that I ordered and best of all they are quite unique as well. Some friends already asked where I got my outfits from!

Poor customer experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Ava Be.
I placed an order on 1st March and paid £11 for “quick home delivery”. On the 11th March (after enquiring about delayed shipping) I was told it had been “delivered,” only to then find out it had never left Spain and was returned to sender.
I had already explained I would be travelling and wouldn’t be able to receive a delayed order, so I requested a cancellation. However, I was later told a refund was not possible — only reshipment or store credit — which does not align with consumer rights. After raising this, I received no further response as other customers raised.
I placed a second order to a different address/country, which did arrive, but the quality was poor (bobbling and a strong chemical smell on arrival).
Overall, between the delivery issues, lack of refund, and product quality, I wouldn’t purchase again.
