Around Dec 1st I placed An order for Christmas and it was scheduled for deliver Dec. 20. Christmas came and went and nothing. The new year came and went and nothing. Here it is January 10 and still nothing. First I was Told some b/s about a postal strike in Canada. Ok I’ll give you that one. Told them to reship. Was told it would be shipped 3-5 business days. That was three weeks ago. They offered a refund so I accepted And in 2-3 weeks no refund and still no product. They have since stopped corresponding so I am Going to chalk this up to being scammed.

NIGHTMARE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY
They got my oprder wrong,
They don't reply to emails, no replies after 6 emails
After 3 weeks they still have not arrived
I paid via Paypal so I will go for refund
What a waste of my time and yet still no replies

Similar story to other reviews here. I ordered a dress in two sizes. When they eventually arrived after a few weeks, the quality was shoddy and their appearance did not match the original images. Attempting to arrange a refund prove to be impossible, with emails being ignored for long periods of time, the repeat requests for a refund being disregarded with offers of a discount, incomplete information to process shipping and statements of unaccountability if the returns process goes wrong at their warehouse. I eventually had to raise a chargeback with my credit card.

Absolutely ridiculous company whom I would prefer to give zero stars for and will never ever order from again.

Absolutely awful experience. Regretted ordering from them immediately after reading reviews on here and had a similar experience. I ordered a dress, it came about two weeks later obviously from China - which was later confirmed by them. The material was awful and I requested a return. They do not have a clearly stated returns policy on their website and that’s because there isn’t one. They offer you a 20% refund or an item from their website for an additional £15. They don’t offer returns because all of their items are from China and they claim it will ‘cost you more to return the item’ than if they refund you 20%. How this company is still running I have no idea. Do not order from here.

SCAM. Do not use this company. Ava London is misleading. It's a Chinese company. Ordered two pairs of Orthopedic trainers. Had to chase order. When arrived cheap and poor quality. Could not get foot into trainer as no elasticity in material. Emails back and forth but would not refund. Just kept offering an exchange with shipping charge. Then said I could keep trainers with £12 refund. I have not accepted. Stuck with trainers that are useless.

Awful clothes cheap and nasty and comes from outside the uk I will never order from here again I’m using this as a dish cloth now

Awful Awful Awful!!! I dont event know where to start - but this company is a waste of money. Took ages to arrive. The quality of the garments are awful, basically shein temu quality, charging UK high street prices. This company claims to UK based, but its based in China, and used some rubbish excuse that they have a global distribution model. When I requested a return/refund because the quality of the products were so bad, they said i had return to an address in China at my own cost. They tried to convince me to take 30% refund instead. I have wasted £120 on 3 dresses that i cant wear, cant return as it will cost me a ridiculous amount is shipping. Please please please do not waste your money.

I’m writing this with the hopes a buyer sees this before buying. I ordered, took weeks to come and when the dress arrived it was nothing like the picture. I then emailed them to make a return with no reply so contacted my bank and thankfully they did a charge back. Be warned, a scam of a company

Horrible company, dress arrived its cheap crap from ali express, paid £40 for a dress that would set on fire from the sunshine. Fake scam company avoid

Never received my item. Non-existent customer service. Have emailed several times and received no reply.
They use a dodgy delivery company in which you also can’t contact.

Do not buy from here it’s a scam site. Blocked me from Facebook after asking where my order was.

Avoid at all costs! Dress arrived but not as advertised. Emailed for returns address and they didn't respond. I sent it back to the returns address on the envelope. They then replied that I needed to send it back to China, at a cost of £15. It is a scam. Please avoid. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.

If I could give no stars I would.
Completely a scam site - shocking that these days on FB this is allowed, with obvious fake comments saying how great everything is also.

I can’t find them on FB now which obvs means they block you.
They dress I got - is utter crap compared to the picture and now is not even on their website.
No response to any emails or messages 😡

12 emails later offering me exchanges, discounts etc
Won't give you refund unless you pay for the shipping back to CHINA which cost you more than the item.
They are cheap and nasty and no customer service, standard automated emails.
They need reporting and closed them down

The dress I received is very poor quality and nothing like the picture on their website. Misleading that they are based in London. Won't respond to my emails to return and refund me. £80 for a dress that is worth a £1. AVOID@

Very poor quality dresses that do not fit can't see how to return for a refund. I should have read the reviews first.

Please please read the reviews before purchasing!
The fabrics are so cheap and low quality and the prices don’t reflect the quality at all! They say they are in London but actually they are in China?!?!?
It said it will take 3 days, it took more than 3 weeks for me to get my parcel from them.
I would never ever recommend
