Wish I could give no stars. What a scam. My product took forever to get here. Came from China when I read they were Australian based. My product is so minute and empty.
False advertising. Paid $80 odd dollars for a small glass decanter. What a joke

This is a complete scam. The images used on the website are not in any way related to the pitiful, sub standard products you will receive. I spent over $200 on shoes that are probably combined worth $2. No way to contact them, and when I opened a case in paypal due to the fraudulent and misleading description and poor qulaity of the knock shoes, Paypal sided with them! So no way to get a refund. Totally ripped off by this overseas scam and I have learnt a valuable lesson now - Do not buy from any store off Fb or Google unless you can verify the actual business exists. Once bitten, twice shy. :(

This is a scam.
They advertise lovely shoes but deliver cheap Chinese rubbish worthy of a $2 shop. Nothing like the advertising. Never buy from this company.

Items received 4 weeks post purchase and Definitely NOT as pictured. I purchased runners and leather plaited sandals. Runners are cheap plastic and sandals are pressed vinyl.
The company has offered 10% refund if i keep the product rather than return for a refund - postage at my expense of course!
Really disappointed with this misleading marketing strategy.

Shoes are sent in wrong size & poor quality this company does not keep honest to there online store.

Like a lot of customers, I'm sure, I was led to beleive that the company is from Melbourne. To my surprise it came from china 3 months from the order date. The shoes were not the right size and I intended to return it. But it never happened. I couldn't download the return label and they were not very fast replying to my emails. I also had to pay for the return. After some time they stopped answering my emails completely. So I lost my money and trust in bying anything on Insta or Facebook. So dissapointed! Don't buy from this Company at any cost!

Total scam! Unbelievably rubbish materials. Took 5 weeks to arrive. Size far too small. Not from Melbourne, no proper store. AVOID!!!

SCAM !!! Don't go anywhere near them - do not be fooled. Shoes are plastic and smell horrid. Arrived yesterday and went straight into the bin. Has taught me an important lesson - be VERY careful.

Scammers. I am going back and forth with my refund. The refund like online does not work. I have repeatedly asked for a refund form but no form. Instead they are offering me 25-50% refund to keep the items or send it back to their overseas warehouse. You mean I have to incur more costs to send them overseas. Not a Melbourne company although the website is registered with a Melbourne website address. DO NOT BUY. the Clothes and the shoes quality is so inferior!

Avoid this company – it’s a scam.
I ordered a pair of shoes and it took over a month for them to arrive. When they finally did, they were completely wrong: different colour, wrong size, and looked nothing like the photos online. The quality was extremely poor — they looked very cheap compared to what was advertised.

The company advertises “free returns” everywhere, but this is false. The return link they provide does not work, and when I contacted them, they admitted it would be “too expensive” for me to return the shoes and instead offered me a 15% discount on a future purchase — even though the mistake was entirely theirs.

I pointed out that they were falsely advertising free returns and refunds, but they ignored my complaint after that. I never got my money back, and they stopped replying to my emails.

This company is based in China, and it’s clear they rely on misleading advertising to scam people. I paid a lot of money for shoes I can’t even wear. Be warned — do not trust them.

Terrible quality, total rip off. Don’t buy from Avalance Melbourne, shoes are poorly made and very very poor quality.

The name, having Melbourne in it, made me believe I was dealing with a Melbourne company. Emails about my order immediately indicated this was not a local store, but overseas. Delivery was in a suitable time but sneakers poorly made, no sizing detailed in them but packaging indicated size 40. Putting the sneaker up against a size 39 New Balance sneaker, and the pair purchased were just on 3cm shorter in length, and very skinny. On emailing re wrong size, I was offered another pair in a different size. On explaining, this was not satisfactory. I have been told I can keep them and they will give me a 10% refund.

This is a fraudulent company do not deal with them.

They are an online store based in China. I paid $99.95 for shoes not worth even $20. Don't buy from them; you'll regret it 100%.

Just received my shoes… there smell horrible and are frankly just cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs

What a con this company is! Unfortunately I didn't do my research on this coming. Their shoes are poor quality and definitely not Orthopaedic support as advertised.
Kmart shoes are superior to these shoes. Not surprised they are closing down. People are finding out they are dodgy. I have asked for a refund multiple times will see if they honour this.

Order to over a month to arrive despite having reached out about the delay at the 2 week mark. The product was a cheap crappy rip off. Nothing like the photo online. The photo showed woven leather, the real thing was a solid piece of vinyl with an imprinted woven pattern. Just rubbish. Reach out to return and get a refund over 2 weeks ago and had no reply.

Total scam. Cheap, crappy shoes turned up weeks later from overseas, maybe China. What was advertised looked very classy. These are not. Fell for the “local business closing down” story. Will wear them to studio now that I have paid through the nose for something that looks ready to fall apart if I sneeze.

Be aware! Do not buy from this company! It’s a scam! You will never receive your goods.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY, IT'S A SCAM!!! The website and advertising presents as if they are a Melbourne bricks and mortar store that is closing down. It's not. The company is based in China, it has no connection to Melbourne or anywhere in Australia. I ordered my goods 18 days ago and they've done nothing to process my order.
