SCAM! I ordered back in September of 2021 after they ran an IG ad, I received a shipping notice but the item still has not arrived and it's already Jan. 25, 2022. I've tried calling, messaging, replying to my order email and NEVER received a response. I've reported them for Fraud.

Over $100 spent back in September ‘21. It is now January 17th 2022. Never received my order. Emailed customer service multiple times, and heard nothing back. They took my money and ran. THIS IS A SCAM! The 5 star reviews are either bots or paid reviewers.

Absolutely a scam.

Do not order, they send you an email saying its shipped but never give you an actual tracking number. They look legit, they are not. Ordered in September of 2021, still trying to get someone to answer with where my order is.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. Clearly a scam website. I ordered 4 items in Sept 2021 and it’s 27th December and I have haven’t received anything. My fake tracking number comes up as expired as well.

I went SUPER out my way to write this review:
I ordered off of an instagram ad because they were having a "50% off flash SALE!" and immediately regretted it after placing it--feeling a sinking feeling in my gut.
I thought I was scammed because I forgot the name of the company after the instagram ad, never received a confirmation email, any updates, or info at all after my order was placed.
ZERO updates from Sept 15th (when my order was placed), until last week (December 9th), when I received a text with a tracking number saying your order from Avalia has shipped!

I received the items Friday, Dec 10th, 2021, and everything is SUPER low quality; everything written in Chinese on the tags and plastic, the individual products and overall package were the lowest-quality plastic/shipping bags.
No invoice. No return info.

I called the number on the website today, Dec 16th, 2021 at 11 am MST (normal customer service hours), and it immediately went to voicemail.
I emailed to ask about returns--as nothing fits and nothing looks like the ads--we'll see if I even get a response.

Reporting to the Better Business Bureau because this company is a scam.
Will update this review if Avalia bothers to contact me.
