I have to say , to find out the correct candidate , then following up with candidate , and then getting the visibility to the client .

I had been working for Months for a good role , with several recruiters , somehow even with 15 + years experience, I was not getting the role for some mismatch.

And I did not reply to initial emails, losing hope that It may not work out like other applications. Nayeem S followed up on the requirement and Me , believing I am correct fit. And It worked out.

This appears to be a scam. The approach to how the interview process goes is not your typical method how others handle their interview process. Plus, they consistently reach out to you over and over again. Emails are very odd.
There are lots of scammers out there and these guys are trying to cover a lot of their tracks... phony website, emails that appear to be legit. It's very hard to understand them and a recruiter isn't typically someone who barely understands english.
Their phone numbers are VOIP and who knows where they are coming from.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Avance Services and this is why:
1. Zainab Fatima handled my case, and she made sure the initial steps were well coordinated and went smoothly.  
2. She took note of my preferences, and set me with the correct team. She explained both remote and office working options.
3. Fatima connected me with proper Advance Service's hiring manager and coordinated the initial phone calls.
