Absolutely discriminatory hiring practices. Their excuse is a joke too, why would a "test" include a part that says they only hire Indian people?
Not to mention all the recent positive reviews are from accounts with Indian names, trying to do damage control

Hi Dan A, we truly understand your concern and sincerely apologise for the offense and confusion caused. We want to clarify that the job post was never meant to be public—it was part of a training session to demonstrate what violates equality laws and why such practices are unacceptable.
We were educating a new employee about UK equality law, and unfortunately, the demo post was mistakenly published live after the session. This was an internal error, and the individual responsible is currently on leave, which delayed our ability to correct it right away.
We do not support or practice discriminatory hiring of any kind, and our operations fully comply with United Kingdom regulations. No actual hiring was done for this role—it was only a test example used in training.
We’ve taken internal action to prevent such errors in the future and would really appreciate if you could consider deleting your comment to help avoid further misunderstanding.
