I placed my order on April of 2021. They sent an order number and tracking info but all it shows is the same status of ready to ship. I have emailed four times with no response or updates. THIS IS THE most RIDICULOUS website and customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT SHOP THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a canvas and received an email
Saying it shipped. When I click It, it is in French and when I translate it, it says there is currently no tracking information for this product. When I write My order number into their website tracking it says it can’t find my information!! I’ve emailed twice and no response. I’m starting to think this is a Scam. Extremely disappointed!

Still no refund

Still no refund. It would have been quicker to travel over to China... Even during pandemic times 🤣
Please DO NOT advise me to email AGAIN. Money back and in the meantime I will ensure that browsers are aware of your policies...and be warned not to buy from you.
If you wish to discuss... Please call me... Apparently you lost my details so how are able to refund?!!!

Terrible quality and no way of getting…

Terrible quality and no way of getting response from customer service...they dont react to emails. I assume its a scam and product cheaply manufactured in china with bad quality. Learned my lesson and will check trustpilot before next time

Love the Figurines!

I ordered a couple of figurines from these site and I loved it! I was surprised that the car and yacht design is an actual music box! Ugh! Amazing. packed nicely too. Thanks again. I think I will collect all the designs.

Avoid this website at all costs

Avoid this website at all costs. After receiving the lights we ordered we were shocked, nothing at all like the pictures on the website show, terrible, terrible quality. Initially we ordered lights and after purchasing was sent a confirmation email with the incorrect lights, we emailed and received a response 5am the next morning saying our order had been corrected, funny, since we've received our goods and I emailed them complaining we've received no response whatsoever, twice we've emailed them!

The quality of their product is absolutely poor. They sell themselves as a boutique service, yet the product we received looks like it was made by a two year old. The lights and stand smell like a glue factory, and you can tell these were made cheaply. Daylight robbery.

Oh also, if you want to return the product, good luck, you'll have to pay for shipping to Morocco!

These lot are a disgusting scam , dont buy anything off their website , ordered November last year 2020 and it still hasn't arrived 2021 , they gave me a fake tracking number with a French website and haven't replied to any emails , if I ever find the people behind this I will destroy them with passion

My husband ordered a My Wife wooden…

My husband ordered a My Wife wooden candle holder for a little Christmas present.
It arrived after Christmas and was very disappointing. The quality was shocking and a Tea Light's would not fit in the hole's they were meant to go in.
I emailed them on the 1st of Jan and have yet not had a response. The product cost £30.00 +
He was so upset that the product is not fit for purpose and poor quality for the cost. It was meant to be a special item with meaning.

Very Poor Customer Experience

We are now on 25th January , I have been trying to rectify and issue with an order I placed back on 15th November 2020 and I have yet to get the product I ordered in the condition displayed on Avaoasis website

I have sent images again and again of what I have received and the images of what you shown on the website

As I stated back in December this was for a Christmas present, so you can now imagine what I am feeling over 2 months on

On 17th December Avaoasis offered a replacement or refund , which I advised that as long as you can guarantee to provide a replacement as per the image on your web site (images attached) and delivery asap then yes I would like a replacement .

To this day I have still had no further contact from Avaoasis or the replacement

I find this very poor customer experience , even they proudly state 101% customer satisfaction on the web site

I have requested again and again what will be done to recover the customer experience,
I am getting no where so I feel I have no option but to post my experience for all to see because as a business Avaoasis are not responding
