I ordered some silver earrings from this store and never received an invoice which is usual when purchasing anything online. So I have no record whatsoever of the transaction from Avavav except for the debit on my bank statement. All I received was tracking information from Storex. I emailed them asking for an invoice but still nothing. Today the earrings arrived but I really need my invoice.
My recent experience with Avavav.com left much to be desired... Excited by their online offerings, I placed an order only to be met with disappointment. The item's quality was far from what I anticipated—think bargain-bin, not boutique.
It also failed to fit properly, prompting a return request. Contacting their customer service only added to my frustration; their refusal to provide a shipping label under the guise of sale conditions felt like a cop-out. They insisted I handle the return as a "Company package," an inconvenience that cost me 300SEK for a simple domestic shipment!!!
It's clear that Avavav's priorities lie elsewhere, certainly not with customer satisfaction. I strongly advise AGAINST shopping here; save your money and your peace of mind.
UPDATE: AVAVAV customer service reached out to me now and we solved the issue.
