Extremely disappointed!

This is the third time I have enrolled in an online course. The first one I did several years ago was extremely enjoyable.
I then enrolled in the following course last year and due to technical issues I completely lost interest in the course. Later last year I enrolled again but once more I am experiencing technical issues. I have emailed them (as I had done previously) to inform them once again so hopefully the issues will actually be resolved this time. It is extremely frustrating and demotivating. It is not cheap to enrol on these online courses so I don’t understand why they can’t get their act together. My iPad and laptop meet the technical requirements so this is not the problem
