Terrible people, terrible company.

I purchased 6 balls and the tangerine and hyper blue balls are deteriorating quite badly and quickly considering I only use them at the club twice a week. Oddly enough though the neon ball hasn’t worn at all.
I reached out to AVEC who were responsive but I was assured that the balls were manufactured in the same factory and are from the same ‘batch’ of production. They didn’t seem concerned about my feedback.
So I cannot recommend the balls I’m afraid when compared to their primary competitor Mitre which maintains the ink and leather in the exact same conditions.

Bought a few things from Avec Sport recently and am very impressed. Quality and styling is good. Sizing on mens clothing is generous so if you're between sizes go for the smaller. Prices are good and delivery very quick!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially team orders. I’m involved with a football club and placed an order for one of our youth teams for some bench coats. I was hoping it would be the first of many orders for years to come as looking for a regular supplier for each season. We already had a bench coat to hand from a previous order 6 months before so we knew what sizes we required. Placed our order with embroidery, all the coats arrived and the sizes were completely different to the previously year despite all the information on the website the same and size guide identical to the previous year for the same item. Contacted the company to ask why the size can be so different in a 6 month period as all the coats are now too small because new sizer are a whole size smaller then outlined. We had a return email from customer services saying they had changed manufacturer however this doesn’t answer why the sizes are so different and do not match the size guide or details outlined on the website. I asked for them to replace the coats as a good will gesture due to inaccurate information on the website! They refused outright and said there is nothing they can do!!! Terrible customer service for a repeat business customer with no care at all in keeping us happy hence losing all future orders for years to come. Go with another company that offer good customer care and look after their customers especially for bulk orders. If anything goes wrong these will not offer any help at all which is no good for bulk orders for youth teams. Also on their website for teams they state MJ is for 10 year olds but it’s tiny when it arrives then you email them and they tell you MJ is for 7/8!!! Makes no sense.

Really quick to dispatch my order and the order arrived the next day. I purchased individual shirts and some other items for my own use (not for a team). I am really happy with the quality and will definitely order again from Avec. Their sizing is correct. Good to support a UK company.

I placed an order then when I checked I had ordered too may, called up and got the order changed and the refund was back in the account the next day. Order arrived but again I had ordered the wrong size, re-ordered and the items were delivered the next day service was exceptional.

Excellent at first, I received my order with one item missing, emailed the team which took over a week to get a response from anyone. Eventually I was told the item was out of stock.

Poor communication, impressed with quality of the items I received, not sure if I will use again.

A great experience from start to finish, ordering system very easily understood with knowing which stock and sizes was available and a very swift delivery time. Nothing only a 5 star review deserved.
