I love Aveda, but have to boycott

I love Aveda products. The delivery and everything was great - which is why I'm so disappointed to discover that Aveda is owned by Estée Lauder - whose heir, Ronald Lauder, is a big Trump supporter - and by supporter I mean donor. I can no longer buy these products knowing that.

Incomplete order received

I had no notification that my order was being changed and not being sent complete. I had an email afterwards telling me I was being refunded but no explanation. I assume out of stock- disappointing

Great products

I love these products, my hair feels lovely and light and shiny using them (I have very thick wavy hair that can be frizzy at times).

Also the order came very quickly, which was a nice bonus.

Out of stock for one item

Out of stock for one item. Probably would not have ordered if I knew the actual item I wanted was out-of-stock.
Delay in delivery and not advised there was a delay. I thought I was scammed.
I did appreciate a reply to my email enquiry about the delay. There was a genuine price reduction on the product.

Superb products and fabulous customer service

One of the products I ordered leaked, and the customer service was excellent. No quibbles - immediately a replacement or refund was offered. As I love Aveda, I chose a replacement - which arrived in a matter of days. Love Aveda, love the service from the Irish online store
