Choosing a dentist from abroad can be stressful but if anyone is reading this review, I wholeheartedly endorse Avedent!

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Dr Mert Akbal and his team at Avedent in Kadikoy, Istanbul. He speaks fluent English, is extremely professional and the clinic is modern and has equipment that I would expect to see in a top tier dental office in New York.

I had a very short time in Istanbul but needed a crown which is prohibitively expensive in New York City. I told Dr Akbal that I didn't have too much time in Istanbul but his team prepared my crown quickly and with time to spare in case any adjustments were necessary.

In addition to the crown, I also got a very thorough cleaning, check up, and had a custom mouth guard prepared since the dental technician noticed that I grind my teeth at night.

The total cost for all of this was extremely competitive, but more importantly, the quality of service and work was as high or higher than the standards I have in New York City.

From start to finish everything was amazing!! I travelled from Ireland to Istanbul to visit this clinic and I made the best decision. The whole procedure was done so well and I was quite scared before as I’m terrified of the dentist but my dentist made it pain free! Just amazing! Can’t wait to go back in 3 months to finish off my smile 😁😁😁

Doruk, the international patient manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process, answering all my questions promptly. Flying in from London for the Philips Zoom laser teeth whitening procedure, I was impressed by the clinic’s professionalism and state-of-the-art facilities. The treatment was quick, effective, and delivered noticeable results, whitening my teeth by several shades in just one session. I appreciated their attention to detail, accommodating my request for fluoride application to strengthen my teeth post-treatment. The clinic’s commitment to patient satisfaction and use of advanced technology made my dental tourism experience truly worthwhile. Good service. Personal approach. Doctors can speak english so no need translation. General impression is good. Mr Doruk will guide you through the process if any difficulties.
I visited clinic second time. First time they arranged implant for me.
Second time doctor had put crown.
Prices are also good.
Next time coming for annual check up. I recommend. Also they give some tea or coffee))

The dentist did a great job on my visit to the clinic. She was so gentle and professional. I had not had that type of professional dental cleaning before and i said it to her. No Complaints. All positive. All thanks to the international patient Manager Doruk Tuncer who facilitated the treatment plan. Great team.

He provided tremendous support during our stay in Turkey, ensuring that all our needs were met and that everything went smoothly. He was incredibly sweet, kind and was very cooperative.

• Location & Environment: The clinic is very clean and conveniently located just a short walk from public transport.
• Customer Management: Our messages were responded to very quickly, with no room for miscommunication. We felt extremely welcome! Communication was super clear and highly responsive. All treatment options and statuses were discussed over before and after our travel to Turkey.
• Work Efficiency: My mom had no complaints at all. She underwent three implants and root canal treatments within a week but experienced only a brief period of bleeding and discomfort. She was highly satisfied with the dentists’ work.
• Medication Prescription: The prescribed medications for her implants were highly effective and significantly sped up her recovery process.
• Price: Considering the quality of service provided—including treatment plans, X-rays, checkups, consultations, certifications, and more—the price is very affordable (especially compared to typical European prices).

I would like to share my experience in the Avident clinic. I needed dental implantation. I live in Germany, and came to Turkey specifically for treatment, because for the same procedure I was presented with a bill that I could not cover! In the Avedent clinic, I received a qualified consultation and full treatment. A month later, I would like to say that everything works great, and I am happy! I want to note that in this clinic the equipment is the same as in German clinics, and maybe even newer, the approach to patients is very individual, moreover, the first consultation can be obtained online, and the administrator Doruk will help you with this, who is available for any questions at any time of the day and any day, and will give you a very quick answer! After successful implantation, I brought my mother for treatment to this clinic, since in the German clinic the dentists wanted a price three times more for the same treatment than in the Avedent clinic. Now my mother walks around happily with a Hollywood smile, and is happy that she managed to save so much money! To sum up all of the above, if you want to get quality treatment and a beautiful smile for a very affordable price, I can only recommend the Avedent clinic! Well what can I say Absolutely Excellent customer care my personal consultant at the Avedent Dental Clinic Doruk was outstanding from the first contact with the clinic back in Australia we communicated via WhatsApp and Doruk was all prompt on replying and not one of my questions went unanswered my Dentist a specialist in the field of Crown work was a caring warm friendly dentist who took very high pride in his work and if at end stage was not happy with the finished Crown work from the highly skilled lab he uses it would go straight back to be re made .I had 4 Emax Crown and I could be happier with the results again along with Doruk who translated even though my Dentist was fluent in English just to make sure everything was understood correctly the clinic it self is beautiful you arrive and are greeted with a traditional Turkish tea or coffee with a bottle of water the reception staff go above and beyond. But i would like to finish this review off for the caring attentive empathetic relentless service I receive from Doruk i can see why he is so highly valued at the clinic but also a special big thank you to my excellent Dentist who completed the dental work to such a high standard I have already planned my return trip for mid December 2025 for further Dental work Please if your looking for a 5 star clinic give Avedent a look in to you can personally WhatsApp them via the website and ask for Doruk

I was in Avedent on 14th of May for 2 procedures. I had a great experience, is a friendly environment including the cost. The Doctors are professional and efficient. Those procedures went successfully back to back with less pain than I thought. Doruk, the online contact person is excellento....😁. Avedent dental clinic is the best 👌 👍.

Amazing experience! We came all the way from Switzerland on day one for an implant surgery and came back on day two, the surgeon was very skilled and spoke multiple languages and so did the staff. Everything went exceptionally well. We came later because we got stuck in Istanbul's traffic and a crew of 4 people was literally waiting just for us after opening hours at the clinic to give us treatment and still were very nice and kind. Also everything was super clean, straightforward, the communication manager was the most polite and intelligent one I've ever had an honor to meet. We also got an excellent price compared to other similar clinics in Istanbul. I contacted about ten of them, but this one was the best and I'm happy I did the extra work of searching for this niche. Thank you so much. We will never forget.

The care and consideration here is exceptional, with outstanding customer service and a very talented and knowledgeable team. I have been here a few times now for treatment and they have always shown care and have been incredibly attentive. My treatment was provided by Dr Damla and Dr Murat, who are both masters of their craft and both were outstanding. They are both specialists at what they do. I highly recommend this dental practice.
