They have changed the formula and it smells terrible your body hand and face smell awful after usage and the formula is not as nice on the skin it leaves skin itchy red in places and gives you spots I have spots on my face and arms and due to this new formula I have emailed Aveeno to ask for help and hopefully a refund as I bought six bottles at £6.50 each which ai cannot use due to this new formula. The old formula was perfect in every way but not the new one. I am waiting their reply after sending all the information they requested

I bought the Aveeno body wash on February is a 33fl bottle it has been seating with daily use in my shower, today May 12th, I have notice a really bad smell to eat, drain smell like.

Aveeno is now owned by Kenvue, I have set up a case, they are sending me a full refund as a good will gesture, my Aveeno smells like Skin so Soft as though it has insecticide in it🤮 and it burns like a chemical burn

I’ve too have been buying Aveeno from Costco for many years great product, therm this month ordered two Bottles from Amazon it is now white and smells of ‘Avon So Soft’ like it has insecticide in it.
I will not be buying any more

I have always used Aveeno cream and it was good I won’t be using again as it burned my skin I will have to look for an alternative now very disappointed

Aveno shamp/conditioner....started off fine. . after cpl of weeks really weighs hair down. Feels like a film left on so hard to style....expensive for not great products wdnt buy again

As with the majority of people on here, I've used the intense moisturiser for years but the reformulated (i.e cheaper ingredients) Aveeno is a disaster. It actually burns like hell when I rub it in and leaves my hands even drier! Awful lotion consistency compared to the creaminess of the old product.
Johnson and Johnson who own Aveeno have made an inferior product hoping that loyal consumers will carry on and buy it regardless.
I've noted that there has been a a successful lawsuit against the Aveeno Naturals range - J&J were fined and have to remove lettering on their label stating only natural ingredients used.

I'm going back to using the Body Shop Hemp range.

Use to buy aveeno cream for long time now company produce New packaging and same time cream ingredients ,it's smell like more chemical not like before I like old product texture not happy with new products

Instant flare with the new aveeno formula. I have relied on aveeno for years due to having eczema and sensitive skin and it’s worked wonders, sooo disappointed and frustrated on why they would do this.

New Aveeno smells really bad. Thought it was just me but seeing similar reviews so it’s definitely the product. Not good for my 12 month old so had to throw it away.

Purchased December 2024, Jan 2025 and Feb 2025 - each time the bottle smells like chemicals. What has happened to the formula?? Avoid. Greedy Kenvue owner company making millions but now delivering a subpar product. Have had to buy Aqua emollient instead.

Long time aveeno hand cream here!
Have been suffering with my sore hands this winter and couldn't understand why.
Came across an old, unopened bottle of aveeno hand cream and now I understand why. They have changed their formula! The old stuff is waaaaaaaay better than the new stuff, have been going through the new stuff quickly as now seems thin and ineffective (almost to the point of aggravating my skin!) The old stuff feels much more silky and soothes as soon as it goes on, and is absorbed much more easily.
Shame on you aveeno

With so many complaints online now about the so called new formula aveeno why are the company not admitting that they have made a massive mistake by tampering with a once fantastic product. Their sales must have plummeted world wide. All they do if you complain is offer you a refund if you can send them a receipt. Who keeps receipts these days .

They changed the formula of the blue top "intense moisturiser". This was the only cream that I could use without my eyes flaring up. Now it BURNS and stings my face and skin around my eyes. Please revert the formula. There are so many comments online about this change also burning other people.

My 4 month old baby got severe allergic reaction after using their bath and wash and also their shampoo. She got rash all over her body.

I am a young person with normal skin. I recently bought an Aveeno cleanser, and it burnt my skin. My face went red, and it was very painful.

I would not recommend this product, because the formula does not feel nice, and it also hurts skin. This was one experience, and I am not going to purchase Aveeno again.

Altogether, even for perfectly regular skin, with no skin conditions or sensitive skin, it is not a great product.

I am a 53 year old female who developed severe psoriasis after going through early menopause. I have tried lots of creams and even steroids to help as I have plaques and scales on 45% of my body I purchased Aveeno Dermexa Daily Emollient YESTERDAY my first use and felt relief in minutes last night was the first full nights sleep I did not wake up scratching and bleeding from my scratching in my sleep. This morning after my shower I noticed a slight change in all my spots already feeling calmer. I will be purchasing this product in bulk. #iloveaveeno

I have relied on Aveeno for over 10 years as everything else made my skin flare up. The new formula (for all of their lines not just the green lid - I’ve experimented hoping there was an alternative) doesn’t just disagree with my skin - it BURNS. Under my eyes have been swollen and itchy since using and I’ve had to go cold Turkey which feels only marginally better. I am disgusted by this brand’s disregard for its customers.

I don't know happened to the dispenser design, either the pump or perhaps it's even the viscosity of the lotion, but over the last year EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE of Aveeno Body lotion stops dispensing about 2/3rd of the way through the bottle. That did not happen previously. I will stop buying this product until they correct this defect.
