Not happy
Before signing up
to a 3 month trial customer relations was very good however once a 3 month trial was agreed customer service has been very poor. I was told delivery of a secure console would happen in 10 days time on an agreed day which did not occur. I received 2 emails offering a delivery date for a console, not on the agreed day and when I replied to explain my original agreement I received no email response and 3 weeks on still have no delivery of a console. I made communication on 2 subsequent occasions to enquire about my delivery and still no information on when the console will be delivered.. I have mistakenly paid for the 3 month trial prior to the due date and have requested a full refund due to, in my view, the agreement being broken and await to hear if a full refund is agreed :(
