Not happy

Before signing up
to a 3 month trial customer relations was very good however once a 3 month trial was agreed customer service has been very poor. I was told delivery of a secure console would happen in 10 days time on an agreed day which did not occur. I received 2 emails offering a delivery date for a console, not on the agreed day and when I replied to explain my original agreement I received no email response and 3 weeks on still have no delivery of a console. I made communication on 2 subsequent occasions to enquire about my delivery and still no information on when the console will be delivered.. I have mistakenly paid for the 3 month trial prior to the due date and have requested a full refund due to, in my view, the agreement being broken and await to hear if a full refund is agreed :(

Not interested once you sign!

Once you sign the contract the comms stops and no one is interested in returning your calls/emails.

Cabinet arrived broken and chipped.

Still waiting for Chiara to return call!

Had not requested a collection but.....

Had not requested a collection but driver turned up, took the one sack that was full and took 2 clear bags of already shredded paper (the minimum collection is 3 sacks). Driver didn't ask to speak to authorised person and asked a factory worker to sign paperwork. Avena are insisting whole invoice is paid, I suggested paying half would be fair. The driver was dishonest in my opinion so is the company, I would never recommend them. Gave 1 star as you can't leave 0 star.

Early termination of contract

Wanted to terminate the contract and apparently you can only terminate in the 3 months leading up to the ANNUAL date that you signed the contract. We did not know in April 2022 that we would be closing the office havent got a crystal ball. Early termination settlement £488.40 no flexibility or compromise. Very POOR customer service
