Worst company ever

After Avenga acquired the company I was working for, the culture deteriorated rapidly. Client demand and new requests dropped significantly, while micromanagement and constant pressure increased. Despite the added workload and stress, there were no salary increases.

I was part of the SEE recruitment team, where the global Head of Recruitment demonstrated poor leadership through excessive micromanagement, frequent after-hours messaging, and clear favoritism. This created an unhealthy work environment and damaged team performance and morale.

This was a negative experience overall, and I would not consider returning to the company.
