I live in St. Joseph MO, but my father had passed doing what he loved which was driving a diesel. This is how he passed while in Arizona. With that being said everything that I have had to do has been over the phone. Everyone has made it very helpful along with taking the time for all my questioms to make this be as easy as possible for me while I am not even there. My experience I would rate 5 stars for sure! Roxanne and Nitia have been wonderful to wk with.

I've never dealt with needing services for a loved one who has died. I was very apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. The staff at Avenidas were so kind and patient, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. They worked to ensure our family were all together on what we wanted, including emails and phone calls. I couldn't ask for a better experience in our time of grieving.
