Our experience with Avensure has been excellent from start to finish. They’ve helped us navigate a tricky HR situation with clear and supportive guidance at every step. Our advisor has been pro active, helped us consider different scenarios, and ensured that we’ve done everything right at every step. We’re a small organisation, and really aware of how complex HR can become. We’re not big enough to justify a full-time HR function. Avensure offers flexible and timely advice and excellent value for money, in addition to the HR support, we’re getting help with tidying up contracts and have use some of their training modules.

We have been clients for about 4 years and we are very pleased with the service we are receiving. Having a dedicated advisor means we have continuity on issues and someone who gets to know our business. David is responsive, patient and very professional. We always recommend Avensure as we feel their Employment Service alone has saved us hundreds of pounds in legal fees. This company helped us through a tricky absence issue and helped get our documentation thoroughly compliant. Haven’t had need of it much other than this so not a very comprehensive experience hence 4 stars but always helpful and efficient when needed so far.

Avensure give us piece of mind that we are doing everything 'by the book' and offering a quality experience for staff and volunteers working with our organisation.
