Ordered a dress from them and the material was horrible. Says you have to contact them to return. I have emailed them on 7 occasions and filled in 3 forms on their website and no one answers!! Do not use this company, it is a scam!!
I ordered what was advertised as high-quality linen shirts and received cheap, rubbish cotton ones instead. This is blatant false advertising and misrepresentation.
When I contacted them, they refused a proper refund and tried to fob me off with ridiculous “partial refund” and “store credit” offers. Their customer service is dishonest and evasive.
I am reporting this to the Office of Fair Trading and my credit card provider for fraudulent trading.
Avoid this company – they are running a scam.
Jumpsuit arrived after 2/3 weeks awful quality and make up nothing lined up, sent email to return have to pay returns to China although the address is London, offered rubbish discount , put jumpsuit in charity shop… DO NOT BUY !
Poor quality and poor value. Even for the relatively low cost, you can get much better products and materials. Hard to recommend.
The swim shorts aren't lined and a bit clingy. I'm hoping to avoid getting arrested for exposure when I swim in them. Hard to return once you've discovered this.
The trousers that arrived were the wrong size and the sizing between products is inconsistent between products. Not much of a cut to them, quite unlike the photos.
UK Registered but it's shipped from overseas. This wasn't clear initially and it took a few weeks to arrive. Very hard to recommend.
Very Poor quality dresses nothing like images online and make it very difficult to send back. You have to send returns to China despite being located in UK. Total scam, avoid at all costs. Also operate under several names including MovaLondon.
Scam company - avoid! Instead of the full, long, linen-style maxi skirt I’d ordered they sent a tiny thin nylon skirt fit with a tacky printed pattern small enough for an 8 year old! They did give me a refund eventually after trying to fob me off with discount codes/credit note. Also trade as Elvoria London and other made up company names.
