Fast shipping & great customer service!

I ordered the 'Kevin - quarter zip' in size XL. I love the quality but it runs slightly large, but that might just be me. Shipping to Belgium was very fast—I received it in just over a week. On top of that, communication with the seller was super quick and helpful.

Order had never been received

Order had never been received, 3 weeks later and they are unable to send a proof of delivery however not forthcoming in giving me a refund. Disgusting service and company to deal with. Very dissatisfied

I wish I could give negative stars

I wish I could give negative stars. What a terrible company to deal with and even worse products sold!!!’ Don’t order from them!!!
Products look nothing like website and you don’t receive a reply email for a refund until it’s too late and they won’t let you return, dodgy company!!’n

terrible

I wish I had read reviews before ordering, order nothing like advertised. Colour totally different, arms too short and body of jumper too short - nothing like the picture on their site. Requested a refund, had to send back to CHINA at my own cost - sent and 5 weeks after sending still no refund. What a joke, do not use this company. I was totally fooled by the name thinking it was a London company.

Awful experience

Order a dress. Arrived looking cheap and nothing like what was advertised.

Contacted the company with my disappointment, they said I had to cover postage back to China which would pretty much be the cost of the dress. Settled on 5th Jan as a partial refund and keep the dress. Still no refund to this day. I will be escalating this to my bank.

Avoid!

If there was negative stars i would be giving

I honestly wish I had read reviews before ordering. The dress I received looks nothing like the photos on the website. The stitching is basic and messy, the sleeves are completely different, the colour is dull, and the fringe looks cheap and nothing like the advertised images. The material feels like something from an arts and crafts box, not a quality garment.

Customer service was just as disappointing. They kept insisting it was “personal preference” even though the item clearly doesn’t match what they advertise. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered a partial refund and expected me to pay expensive international postage to return it to Asia – despite branding themselves as a London company. That was never made clear when ordering.

The whole experience has been frustrating and misleading. I feel like the product photos are not a true representation at all, and the aftercare is poor. I won’t be ordering from this company again and would warn others to be careful before spending their money here.

Items is nothing like advertised

Items is nothing like advertised - quality, colour, material etc are all cheaply made and come from China. I tried to get in touch with customer service and they told me the item is exactly as described 😂 the real life version is NOTHING like the pictures on the website and this is against trading standard laws in the UK. I will be reporting. Scam company avoid at all costs.

I placed an order and they added on the…

I placed an order and they added on the same dress and size at a discounted price and made me pay for it. I tried to get in contact to get it taken off the order but no response now I am expected to return the item and pay the cost for a product I never ordered. Absolute disgrace and I can’t get in contact with anyone from the company

Item not as advertised, misleading Ai images, hidden returns policy!

Product bears no resemblance to images or description. I am genuinely shocked at how different the item I received is compared to how it is presented on this website.

The dress supplied is nothing like the images shown. The fabric, colour, cut, construction, seams, trims, and overall quality are entirely different. This is not a variation in finish or batch, it is a completely different garment.

The product images present a structured, heavyweight, faux suede dress with depth, texture, and a premium finish. What arrived is a thin, lightweight synthetic item with a flat sheen, poor drape, basic stitching, low-quality hardware, and a noticeably different colour. The silhouette, sleeve volume, and finish shown in the images do not exist in the item supplied.

Based on what was delivered, the images used on the website do not appear to be photographs of the actual product being sold. They look digitally generated or heavily manipulated and are not representative of the real garment in material, construction, or quality.

When I contacted customer service, I was told I could either return the item at my own cost to China (this is not clearly stated at checkout), or accept a partial refund to keep an unwearable product.

This is not a change-of-mind return. The product is materially and structurally different from how it is advertised. No amount of policy wording changes that.

Anyone ordering based on the images and description should be aware that the item received may bear little to no resemblance to what is shown online.
