me and my fiancé ordered some products which should have arrived within two or three days. When it didn’t show up, we checked the tracking and somewhere along the route there was a mixup and the package ended up across the country. We reached out to Micheal for help we were first time buyers so we were uncertain of where the package originated from. Maybe it was supposed to go across the country? Micheal was so helpful. He apologized got the delivery mistake an offered to send out another package the next day. Furthermore he was gracious an allowed us to keep the original order once the package arrived at a later day. Michel answered all the questions we had in a timely matter. Didn’t get upset when we had to call him back for clarity on something, his customer service skills , knowledge about the products, and his entire demeanor was patient, friendly, and helpful. we will definitely be ordering again not to mention the peptides are on point. I’ve already started losing weight and my fiance has seen a massive change in energy as well. Entirely gretful to Micheal at Averis Peptides!
