Great quality labels
Great quality labels, stick super well, just a bit difficult to use the doc template to print them myself… always seems to be a couple mm off but it could be my fault! Perhaps it’s best to use their print and delivery service.

Experience with ordering labels online
1. Creating account was cumbersome...did not work with errors etc. When I tried to login later it just worked. Sounds like IT department needs to do a litle bit more testing (tried chrome and edge on win11; both same experience)
2. All 3 ordered label types in 1 simple package. So I needed to order boxes for the 3 label types to protect the labels from getting damaged in time. Was used to the nice paper boxes from the past for each label type.
3. Delivery in The Neherlands was much faster then initially indicated.
4. As already using Avery labels since the 80's the quality is ok and love the availability of the MS-Word templates.

I didn't get my order.
I didn't get my order because of stupid UPS. I spent a lot of time designing the labels and UPS delayed the shipment twice, then spontaneously changed my address and returned it to sender! I called UPS and Avery Benelux and there was nothing they could do. Nor would Avery send it by a different carrier.

labels were not cut squarely
The service was good and delivery quick but the labels were not cut straight, so I could only use less than half of them. Ordered white, blank labels, 105x74mm rechthoekig
