I ordered ‘Icelandic’ wool Sweaters from this company. Advertised as closing sale from two ladies, Linda & Susan. Lovely pictures of clothing. So I ordered. I made the mistake afterwards of checking reviews. Very poor, so within an hour I tried to cancel the order, both emails rejected the support website doesn’t exist. I received the goods today. They are 100% polyester, not Icelandic wool as advertised. I have contacted the ‘support email doesn’t exist apparently. This website is a scam, the goods are made in China & shipped from China, don’t be fooled. The photos do not belong to this company. Will follow up with my bank.
I returned the items to the address provided on the label & they said it wasn’t the proper address, they said the post office had provided the address! Surprise, Surprise, the real address is in China & because they haven’t got the items, they offered 15%of my refund! Total Scam.

Returned a dress 2 months and ago, I have sent emails and the tracking number as I chose to pay for tracking. I have sent an email after that and still no reply. The dress costed £60 and the return £20. Shame on you.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Website claims the store is closing down after 20 years with images of a shop in a beautiful tropical climate but website was made in 2025 and product comes straight from China. The brand recently removed this section from their website and updated it to a generic brand story. Customer service refuses to process a refund for very disappointing, poor quality pieces. After many emails the brand offered a 100% return but then went back on their word offering no more than a 10% return. I ended up having to file a dispute with Shopify/my bank to get my money back. SUCH A SCAM! Don’t waste your time or money!!!

Definitely getting a worrying vibe here, non existent customer support, shipping info relates to another company making leather bags, Facebook page lots of inappropriate followers. Company claims closing down after 20 years but website created 2025. Very confusing returns information. Customer service listed as ‘Costumer’ services. I would avoid buying from this site.
