Filled in the on line form, got a call and a rude reception ask what i wanted, my jovial reply was an Ariel obviously. of which she went off in one.,..........
With that she got told where to go and i hung up, having read the other reviews i think i got off lightly.

Called them to request a TV fitting. Very slick man on the phone informed me that they will do a same day call out. They will call me an hour before the appointment, so just make sure you're in. I worked from home to ensure I could receive them. I received a call at 4pm to say no sorry we can't facilitate today, we will call you tomorrow before 1pm. I chose them because of the same-day claim so this was annoying.

By this point, I had seen the other reviews so I asked if this was an appointment tomorrow, or will I hear from them again that they can't do the appointment after waiting all day? She reassured me no you absolutely will be sorted by tomorrow. Declined to give me an actual appointment but instead told me to wait for a call. Worked from home again in order to receive them. Waited til 1pm and yet again no call. Don't waste your time.

Do not waste your time!!!! I didn't even want to give this a 1 star. 2 days we have been told someone will come out. My mum had now been without a TV for 4 days. There would be no necessary work needed other than working out which lead goes where. Staff were rude on the phone, we were given a time they would be there yet called 6 hours later to say they wouldn't make it!! Not good enough. This company is a joke

Waited in all day and evening. Fitter never turned up. Despite 5 phonecalls from office assuring me I was the last call of the day. Total waste of time.

A job well done. Made a call yesterday 9th Feb22 late afternoon. Confirmed a booking for today.
Call was made as promised before engineer arrived.
Quick and efficient assessment of the problem, engineer was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem with a smile.
Thank you will use you again if needed.

I contacted several TV aerial businesses and received mixed responses. AVfitters.com quickly acknowledged my enquiry and followed up with a phone call to check requirements. I was pleased to book an appointment for the following day. Lee their fitter called me as promised when he was an hour away, giving me plenty of time to get home and saving me from waiting in all day. Lee checked the setup and found that the satellite dish was loose on the wall and needed an update to receive modern 4K transmissions. We agreed a fair price and the work was completed in around half an hour. Problem solved! Great service by lovely people. We are now enjoying trouble free TV.

Was booked in for someone to come and fit our TV equipment no one turned up. When i rang the company they said we was cancelled for living on a caravan park. Discrimination at its finest. Would not recommend to anyone
