This is a complete scam. They rig win rates, no matter what they claim. Their conclusory denials are a lie. If you win, or score higher than usual, they’ll have you play better players so you start to lose. Like clockwork.

They prevent you from playing certain games if you win too much money playing (they blocked me from playing high entry fee solitaire games).

People claim they use bots, which could be true. But the real scam is how they rig win rates. They make it so people will lose money in the long term.

They’re have no remorse about scamming people and their CEO is a known liar and fraudster. They are terrible human beings.

All positive reviews are fake or new users.

Just discovered this today playing Bingo Tour by Aviagames. The last 3 matches, I noticed which appears to be 3 different players but all have the same score of 32040. Each 3 matches, I placed 2nd place. I checked their policy, its says they create fake profiles from previous scores from old players. I call BS! First of all, this shows real players are to beat top scores in their so called similar skill level…which potentially be a robot designed to play flawlessly. Second, it’s designed for players to lose their purchased coins but to win the bonus coins which are not redeemable! It’s actually a trap not to cash out, because if you do…Aviagames will take the bonus coins back. Which was includes with the purchase you made and game you won…yup, gone! Because you cashed out. Third, it’s going to be difficult for you to win till you make more purchases and their so called algorithm allows you to win to make you feel the legitimacy of this whole charade! I saved screenshots of my 3 last games, showing 3 different profiles with all 3 having the same exact scores! Out of these 3 matches, I filled the bingo cards(full house) which isn’t a simple thing and STILL got beat by this so called algorithm player.

If you don’t use bot, what is your interpretation of using an old score and not actual person playing? Basically, whenever is convenient…Aviagames can choose the highest score as along it’s within the same level the person you guys want to beat, am I understanding this correctly? Do you guys pick and choose what score the first place player should have or is this a systematic script? It really doesn’t matter if you claim is there’s no robot. There is unfairness though because this isn’t random. 3 matches in a row, with fake profiles, scores exactly the same…and you stand by what you’re saying that there is no bots. Any manipulation that can change an outcome is cheating whether you guys use bots, an operator selecting the highest score it’s a script written in your so called algorithm…that’s is dishonest. Last question, I’m sure Aviagames report their loses on their taxes,,,but do you guys report all these winnings from fake profiles and attached these scores? All of these wins are taxable since you retain the pot. I’m certain your tax filings are public records since you’re a business.

I'm giving it 2 stars just to be generous. It would be one due to consistently losing to unfair gameplay. The games indeed does payout. However, I feel the games are unfair and aren't true to what they say. A good portion of my matches i lose are either from bots or unfair matches. At least if i lose make it fair. Otherwise why continue to play. I was in debt because I wasn't matched to similar skill level and lost a lot of money. A complete waste of time now. I've lost about 20 matches in a row and took me about 30 to get a first place win.

I enjoy this game. However there have been too many times that I know I’ve done really well, not to even get in the money too 3.
I’ve since read that they use dishonest methods to prevent wins and there’s a lawsuit against them.
They of course deny this.
Dont waste your money, line I did.

I would like to state that I've played this game for quite some time. I deposited money into it. I've actually withdrawn money from it, but I've since learned that there's a class action lawsuit against them stating that they may be using bots to achieve illogical points, which beat people in matches that are being decided for monetary gain. Furthermore, I would like to say that I would say an average winning score is about 1350.
I would like to go further by uploading a screenshot that shows me not an even place in the top three with a score of 1535. You draw your own conclusions.

Set yourself up to lose money. Bonuses galore just to deal you unwinable hands. Rigged rigged rigged!

I played Solitaire clash just to make a little bit of money. They send the email a message saying they deposit $10 into my account and when I checked my bank account, $10 was withdrawn from my account. That’s when I realized aviagames are scammers.

They pocketed my deposit and proceeded to tell me my d3vice could no longer facilitate any of their games and then froze me to that screen only. Ive emailed them literally 10 times and I've yet to get a response. They are fully aware that they have stolen from me. They're choosing not to refund my money or provide a service. Im confused how a "professional business" gets away with stuff like this??! Worst part it was for my kid on Christmas Eve and I had no answers for him and why he couldn't play a game he enjoyed. 😪😪 thanks alot Avia Games for breaking another child's heart cuz i know hes not the first or last. You are an ugly type of EVIL!

Avia Games defrauded a United States Marine Corps veteran right before Christmas! I am a veteran and I have 3.5 pages of documentation written out (excluding all of the screenshots I have) but the main thing, amongst many things, is that Avia Games illegally banned me from playing Bingo Clash for no reason yet is STILL using my “historical playthroughs” against real players without my consent and are making money off of my “historical playthroughs” but defrauded me of 13k plus any future winnings. Avia Games states that if a real player loses to a “historical playthrough,” Avia keeps ALL of the money. That’s adding insult to injury. This is all completely illegal. Avia Games has given itself the ultimate unfair advantage against unknowing real players. They are guaranteeing your lose and their win. They have turned once real players into bots! I have been playing since 11/23/2021 and only recently started having issues with the app and was banned when I began making withdrawals in October of 2025. I did not do anything illegal to be defrauded or banned. I recently made three successful withdrawals and was banned on the 4th withdrawal attempt and refused my winnings based on no evidence of any wrongdoing and there is none on my part. Spread the word to help others prevent their money from being fraudulently taken from them. Avia Games only wants players that deposit, lose, and never withdrawal, so that they keep nearly 100% of the profits. That's why they immediately ban anyone that begins making withdrawals as soon as you break even or are going to be on the plus side. I, like so many others, did NOT violate their "terms of service." Anyone that wins and makes a withdrawal, they automatically ban and it's already been proven and is easily proven at that. They also don't give you any details in terms of how you violated their "terms of service" claim. Imagine that. It's just a blanket statement they use to not pay you and ban you. They know the average person can't afford to fight them in the court of law so it's easy for them to keep getting away with it but the people have a voice and it WILL be heard. They have negative reviews across all platforms and a criminal and class action lawsuit for a reason. They also had to pay out 80 million to Skillz for more illegal, unethical, and corrupt activity. There is a class action lawsuit and attorneys willing to help. Look it up and reach out to them. Stop supporting this corrupt company that is STEALING from the people. There's other online games to play so STOP giving your money, time, and energy to a company whose only goal is to lie to and defraud the people. Justice needs to and WILL be served! Let's wipe this company off the map, permanently. Any money that you've deposited to Avia, call your banks and credit card companies, immediately, and have it refunded to you for FRAUD! Furthermore, the courts are finding Avia's "terms of service" both UNCONSCIONABLE and UNENFORCEABLE. Its use of historical playthroughs have also been found to obviously manipulate game outcomes and are apart of its rigged gameplay and deceptive practices. Avia admits to using historical playthroughs in their "terms of service" but denies the reason for their use in the courts. It's blatantly obvious that this company is NOT above board in its operations and needs to be STOPPED. Additionally, I can't contact "player support" as they claim because "player support" ghosted me as of 12/30/25 and I have the photo documentation of such. People of the world, join us in this fight to hold Avia accountable for its actions.

Horrible I thought it was free to play. Next thing I know I was charged 7.00 and been on a chat session over an hour. With no help. Trying to get my money back.

I registered with Avia Games stupidly, unfortunately they deceive you into thinking that they pay you to play their games instead they automatically take payments from your account. I tried getting my money back with the bank and PayPal but I couldn’t. I contacted Avia Games by email, no one responded.
A warning to others, stay clear of Avia Games!!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Finally deleted the game. It is definitely rigged. Especially after you withdraw money, you lose every game afterwards so you have no money left. If you get a phenomenal score, a bot beats you. Anything to make you lose & have to add more money to keep playing.
They took all the $1 games away from me so I was expected to play on higher games $3 or more. NOT WORTH THIS SCAM !!!!!

I've been playing for a while, the most I've ever withdrawn was $71. It will let you win a few times, but after that, no matter how good you do, you will lose. IT CHEATS YOU!!!!

If I could give zero score I would. They are a total scam. I played solitaire clash, you cannot withdraw bonus money only what you win. I tried to withdraw £8 of my winning, and then My account was suspended! Aviagames said I violated their terms and conditions- which I did not. I ask for my winning and they said I could not have it I the account was suspended. Round and round in circles we went and they would not budge. An appalling, scamming enterprise.. do not give them your money!!

Game was ok, but definitely use bots.. copied and pasted jargon, was okish until 27th November 2025.. says change bank account and did.. still rejected.. im in UK, BBB are dealing with this in the USA legally.. Has the UK got the same legality route? I am not looking for sympathy, but I am disabled, homebound and care for my dad.. the most i win is £2 for 12 hours watching adverts, which they get paid for.. if I have a lower scores like say 300.. I get beaten by a person or bot for 900.. if I get a score over 1000 I still get beaten.. this has turned into a scam.. mistplay or the likes (recommended by martin lewis, who is true to his word) is at least giving you a we bit of cash, not much but better than nothing.

Aviagames can't be trusted i've just reported 2 £20 matches that really did go wrong they have refused to give me a refund and now i've just lost £40 they say they fare to there customers well there not and now i'm stressed out and crying this company can't be trusted

I have a gambling addiction and I’m registered with Gamstop and have been for years but I received my pension recently and found the game bingo tour and started playing I have ended up losing 12000 pounds and I had tried to close my account several times telling them I had a gambling problem but they kept saying it would take 12 days to delete which made me carry on gambling my mental health is in a terrible situation and I’ve spent all my pension and I’m. Ow struggling with bills , this site says it’s not a gambling site well I’m not being funny but I’ve lost all my pension because they couldn’t delete my account when asked how disgusting is this , I have since managed to ban my account but it is not easy or very accessible I am totally devastated and in a terrible situation this has been going on from April this year through to the 3rd of November when I managed to ban my account

I had $5000 in my account, then they banned me from playing saying I violated their policies but wouldn't state witch ones then kept my money, total scam, AVOID
