We are delighted to say that the Avianca Express Team and especially a lady called Laura have been exceptionally helpful, in collecting our large boxes from Dorset and delivering them to our apartment in Colombia. We were delighted with the overall service, speed of delivery and regular updates on the tracking our boxes. Everything happened exactly as promised. So a very well done Laura and the Avianca express Team

To their offices, they have me all the details and after I have shipped The parcel and I saw the delivery attempts failure, I have contacted and they said their offices were closed. Never a single apology for all the stress and issues caused!!!
La peor experiencia que he tenido con una empresa de cargo. Una irresponsabilidad y un descaro sin paralelo. fallaron en la recogida 3 veces, luego ofrecí enviárselos a sus oficinas en Londres y una vez me dieron todos los datos, lo envío y me dicen que sus oficinas están cerradas. Mi paquete ha estado dando vueltas por días... todo sin una disculpa. Un servicio deplorable!
This Delivery company has got to be the worst I have encountered.
They told my wife that there service is door to door that means that they are responsible until the package arrives at its destination. We were told that the package was in Medellin but this was a lie as our parcel is stuck in customs in Bogota and after repeated requests by my wife asking Avianca Express sort this problem out or repatriate the parcel to England they have washed there hands of any responsibility and are now not responding to messages, They worked out the import duty and charged my wife here in the UK before sending the parcel, Sad to see a good company Like Avianca Airways is brought down into the gutter by one of there subsidiaries.
The Review here and its remarks are backed up by written and recorded evidence I am still considering taking Avianca Express to county court but I would first like a response from them.
