Never buy ticket from them anymore.
I bought ticket for my mom and by choosing filter transit without visa. However, on the day of flight, my mom was not able to get on a plane, cuz airlines required a visa to transit in frankfurt. They we bought new ticket which cost twice as much as we paid. After i contacted with aviasales and they said they gonna help me. But after 2 weeks of emailing they just told me that it was my problem and they cannot help. Also, they said that they added tiny notice that they are not responsible for visa requirement on their filter, but they lied cuz they never had this note before and it appeared only after we told them. This is their main job to make sure that they know all details of the flight before arranging different airlines. Me, as a simple consumer, just trust them and need to pay. Its their primary job! Hate them and dont recommend .

I give a 3 for a poorly thought-out interface, everything is very scattered across the screen. It is especially inconvenient to change dates, the automatic filter does not work. Gone to other service

Because of their partners like gotogate international ab that is scammers, i lost money. Book a fly that was canceled due to covid. Agency declined to make refund and have provided me voucher that you can’t use. Spend a lot of money calling to customer service that is useless. So no tickets, no money. Thank you aviasales for your partners.

I've found tickets with the help of agregator aviasales.
The trip was planned on the period of pandemia - January 2021. So many unexpected changes could happen with the flights (cancellations, airport closures, rule changes - how to enter the country and so on), all these have happend with our complex flight.
I've contact avia sales because I couldnt reach the tickets retailer directly (they had the restriction that they serve only customers, who have the flight in 2 weeks). I didnt expect that the agregator avia sales would involve in situation between me and tickets retailer. But they supported every my step and showed outstanding customer care! They contacted the retailer directly and pointed out on my situation, afterwards the conversation with the retailer started to be easier and nicer.

Great Customer support service. I didn't receive my ticket after the payment as I made a mistake in the email address. I didn't know what to do and contacted Aviasales via their website. And they not only resent me my ticket but also explained how to correct the mistake so that I would be able to receive notifications from the airline. Thank you a lot for the help!
