I’ve created Avici Business account

I’ve created Avici Business account. Onboarding was clean, managers were nice.

After account was approved, I was told that is fully working and transactions are instant.

So I’ve received 20000€ payment invoice for goods of my company, and it landed in account but I couldn’t use them. Avici support said it’s normal and it will be possible to use after 24/48 hours. But after that time passed, I contacted them again and they said that my money is blocked (for no reason) and I was blocked on their resources and their workers stop responding me. Money wasn’t refunded, my company has over 30000€ because of the situation. They just stole it.

AVOID THEM !!!

Tried to sign up and the onboarding process is unreliable from start to finish. First, the email verification code step repeatedly threw a generic “login error” after entering the code and wouldn’t let me proceed. On one attempt I finally got past that, only to be forced into installing an authenticator app — and that step also failed with another unhelpful error, leaving me stuck again. I retried multiple times, switched networks, restarted and reinstalled the app — same result. If they can’t provide a working onboarding process, stay away from them until they fix it.
