"A HOAX!!!!! If you don't want to waste time and money, don't even think about getting in touch with them!!!!! It was a big mistake on my part to contact them for my claim, hoping to let them take care of it. In my case, a 12-hour delay with VUELING, 4 passengers, with a compensation of 400€ per passenger according to the company, they have achieved nothing, NOTHING in over a year, and they also don't respond to emails. Apart from being a real shame, a big HOAX, I repeat, BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!"

I had a good experience with Avi-claim. They helped me with our claim in a friendly and patient way. They made it possible that we got back all our money we paid a year earlier. We tried to get back our money by phoning te airline company, that prommissed to pay in a short while, but that took months without results. After contacting Avi-claim I had te feeling to get back our money for the first time; and it worked. The stayed calm and did their work with result. The price we've got to pay for their work is reasonable. Sometimes it took quitte a time to get an answer but than again: It worked. Bravo, Robert.
