There is no booking system, no pressure, and no payment required until you are ready to proceed. We talk through the 4Cs, setting styles, metal options, and how the ring will actually be worn day to day. Most clients come to us at the early thinking stage and that is exactly what the consultation is for. You do not need to know what you want before getting in touch. From that first conversation, we source a shortlist of stones matched to your brief and present them with full grading certificates and itemised pricing. Every cost is broken down transparently from the start: the stone, the metal, and the craft. Nothing else. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We work across a wide range of budgets, from around £800 for a beautifully made entry-level commission through to £10,000 and above for larger stones, fancy coloured diamonds, rare gemstones, or complex multi-stone designs. The most common range is £1,500 to £5,000, covering 0.5ct to 1.5ct diamonds across a full range of setting styles in 14ct or 18ct gold or platinum. We are not a budget brand, but we are not an unattainable one either. We offer the same stone quality as jewellers charging significantly more, without the retail overheads passed on to the client. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We present natural and lab-grown diamonds as equally valid options for every commission. They are chemically identical and we have no commercial incentive to favour one over the other. We will tell you honestly which gives better value for your specific brief and the choice is always yours. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Engagement rings are our primary commission but we also make wedding bands, eternity rings, signet rings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, and earrings. We work with natural diamonds certified by the GIA, lab-grown diamonds certified by the IGI, fancy coloured diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, alexandrite, paraiba tourmaline, tanzanite, and a range of other rare gemstones. We set in everything from 9ct gold through to platinum 950. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once your design is confirmed, your piece is handcrafted by our trusted workshop. Complex commissions include a CAD render for your approval before production begins. Nothing moves to the bench without your sign-off. Every finished piece is hallmarked at a UK Assay Office before dispatch and arrives with its GIA or IGI grading certificate, hallmark documentation, a signed quality check record, and an original invoice. Delivery is included in every commission. UK orders travel via Royal Mail Special Delivery and international orders via FedEx International Priority, both fully tracked and insured. We offer one complimentary resize within three months of delivery.
