Great facility and prompt service. Only annoyance was the rate changed upon our return to pick up the car, claiming a rate change occurred while we traveled. Bad customer service moment! We were prepaid and the rate should have been honored!

Waited over an hour for shuttle to pick us up. Then had to wait for our car even after texting before we got off plane

I love this place!

Dropping the vehicle off and taking the shuttle to the airport was a breeze. Coming back home was a different story. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to get us at the airport. When we arrived our vehicle was not ready to pick up, they were having trouble locating my vehicle along with 3 other customers. We waiting for over an hour for our vehicle!

I waited an hour for them to find my car. Unacceptable. I was terrified the car was lost or stolen.

Great experience. Easy to and from airport. Cheaper than a hotel or airport parking. Great customer service.

Only negative is that the building doesn't say Avistar anywhere. So it was confusing to find at the beginning. We drive around the building a few times before we realized it was in the Wally Park building. This should have been posted somewhere.

I do not understand why you make people who purchase parking for your
location, through Groupon, also purchase parking for that same time through you and then apply for and wait for a refund from you because you paid twice. It is stupid.

I was so pleased with how quickly they got us to the airport for our departure and how quickly they arrived to pick us up upon our return. Our car was waiting as we got off the bus.

The price for the service is worth it. Customer service good!

The arrival and shuttle to the airport wasseamless for the most part. However the customer service when I came to retrieve the car was horrid and this is where they lost my trust. I purchased a Groupon to save on the price of parking my car four days in their lot. The process (which is tremendously dumb) requires you pay full price then scan and redeem your groupons once you return for your vehicle. I confirmed at arrival that my reservation which I paid full price for was in good order, but when returned the rep was rude and said I did not reserve through the correct vendor. Once she realized I did everything correct. She took her time processing the Groupon and said your refund for the original charge has been processed. Guess what I waited and waited for the charge reversal just call back and find out she never processed my refund. We are not talking about hundreds of dollars but to be blatantly lied to, I cannot trust this company again. Good luck with them.

First time user and would use again.

Good service. The ability to reserve parking and prepay and finally a shuttle to take you directly into O'Hare. Friendly staff and great experience both times I have used it. I plan to continue using them.

The building came down and so did there quality and care of anything!! WALLY PARK bought them and will dissolve them...GOOD

Been using Avistar for years and been pretty happy w price as service except for having to haul all your baggage across the street in the freezing cold to connect with their shuttle. Went recently to Avistar location and found out it had relocated. Would have been nice to know they had moved prior to getting there

I had a great experience at Avistar, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely park here again.
