I had to upload No Claims Bonus Cert and received a text and then an email to confirm document was received and that the cert and disc were then available for printing.

I’m an 80 yr old widow
I’m an 80 yr old widow. My insurance had become very expensive. I summoned up
the courage to contact Aviva Direct.
The customer service team were absolutely wonderful. I explained from the get go ,this was all new to me and scary!!

Lack of empathy- literally had to ask for empathy
Rigidity- only 3 weeks off 4 yrs named driving experience
I cant imagine what it would be like to work for you with absolutely no autonomy or agency- just blind rules with seemingly no scope for reasonable minor exception- no wonder there is no empathy
